Kailyn Stephenson did such an amazing job for my wedding. I found that she was reasonably priced and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. I loved that we went over every detail of the wedding several times to ensure that nothing was missed! She kept the entire day moving smoothly and decorated everything beautifully. I'm thankful that I was also able to rent last minute items from her. She is a saint!

Hiring Kailyn for my day of coordinator was the BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. She took all the stress away from things...and is 100% worth the money. I'm a full time grad student, had 2 exams, a quiz and a huge assignment the week of my wedding, and there is NO WAY at all I would have been able to pull this off without her. It would have been such a disaster. Kailyn is probably the most organized person I have ever met, and is SO on top of things. I definitely underestimated the amount of work that needs to go into a wedding, especially when it comes to the last month, when all the vendors need to come together and collaborate on a timeline. She put in so many hours perfecting the timeline and communicating with everyone. I was more of a laid back bride because I was so busy with school, and she kept me on track with everything and prompted me with questions about things I hadn't even considered but were so important. I was really clueless... Because of her, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding and not have to sweat any of the details. She also had so many beautiful rentals!! In summary...she is absolutely amazing and SO GOOD at what she does.

I’d give Kailyn 10 stars if I could! She offered so much advice that helped my not good decision self out tremendously. Kailyn took so much stress off my shoulders and I’m forever thankful! She was able to take the look in my head for my ceremony and reception decor and execute it perfectly! Her ability to make a timeline so that the day is stress free is phenomenal! Kailyn Stephenson with Lynmar Events and Designs it is hard to put into works how amazing she truly is. Her passion is so well recognized and is truly her calling. She was so perfect in every way. Wow what an absolute please to work with. From the moment I met her, our consultation turned into a three hour chat including tears and laughter. She has been such a please and so amazing from the get go. I told myself I only needed a day of coordinator and after leaving our meeting I just knew, I was so reassured everything would be perfect. After speaking with my fiancé, he agreed I needed more than just a day of. So I decided to go a step further. I had such a vision for this wedding and she went great lengths to not only see my vision but help bring it to life. I may be drastic and over-detailed but my gosh did everything turn out perfect!!
I lucked out crossing paths with her. She dedicated so much time and effort into making this day so beyond perfect. She helped me bring my ideas to life, she went above any expectations I had. She showed so much love in every detail she poured out. Leading up to the big day we had shared unlimited calls, texts, emails, Facebook messages, and meet ups, she was always there for me. You name it, she did it. She helped book my appointments with new vendors, and tastings. She kept in touch with my current vendors and facilitated in any changes I needed to make, she was the point of contact. She helped me gather so many last minute things and reminded me of so many things. Talk about a detail oriented and organized woman!! There is nothing she wouldn’t have done. So helpful through the entire rehearsal to the morning of the wedding following through the late night after everyone had left. This woman rocked it, I honestly couldn’t have pictured a more perfect day, and she took such a big part in that. Kailyn is an absolute blessing to have by your side. I highly recommend to any bride!!

I hired Kailyn with Lynmar Events to be a day of planner, and after a year of planning my wedding, those last couple of weeks when I got to turn everything over to Kailyn was amazing. It was nice to have one point of contact when you ha e so much going on. Fill out the vendor forms as soon as possible and get them to Kailyn so she can run the show! Not a detail was missed. Beyond a shadow of a doubt your service was the best investment for our wedding! You took my vision and executed it better than i could have ever imagined. Most certainly went above and beyond for us from set up all the way through to packing everything up and even took care of dropping off the cake stand to the baker. I received many many compliments from family members about the professionalism and dedication you had shown throughout the night. The only disappointment is that i can only give you 5 stars!!! When I met Kailyn the very first time I knew she was the perfect fit. She went over all the things she would be doing and by far did she exceed our expectations! Kailyn made our day run so smooth and with all the extra little details it turned out so beautiful. Hiring Kailyn with Lynmar Events & Design was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. No one wants to have to worry about all the little details on their wedding day. It's a day meant to enjoy and celebrate with family and friends, and that's exactly what we were able to do because of how amazing Kailyn was. She made sure everything ran smoothly, from coordinating all of our vendors for us ahead of time and on the day of, to making sure our glasses were never empty at our reception. She reminded us to take some time together at our reception to really soak in the moment and appreciate how beautiful and special our day was, which meant a lot to us. She executed our vision flawlessly and added some extra personal touches that I never would have thought of that really brought everything to life. She is all about the little details, which I loved! And on the first day in months that rain was in the forecast, she came to the rescue for our little outdoor wedding last minute with beautiful clear umbrellas for us to use for our photos until the weather cleared up. We also ended up having to move the reception space from its original location to under a tent just a couple days prior to the wedding due to impending weather. She handled the last minute changes professionally and took charge in making sure we still had everything set up and executed the way we wanted. When I started searching for a day of coordinator I was blown away with how pricey most are. Kailyn is so reasonably priced but doesn't lack in services provided at all. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and has a passion for throwing amazing parties. She far exceeded our expectations on every level. We are forever grateful to have had her there to make sure our day was absolutely perfect.
