I contacted Lulu & Bass after reading such good reviews and I am so glad I did! The hair and makeup trial was easy to schedule and both the makeup artist and hair dresser were able to capture exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day! The day of the wedding, they both arrived early. My hair looked perfect and my makeup was flawless. I was ecstatic! And it lasted all day and night. Lourdes and her team is amazing. I LOVED my hair and make-up and the time taken to make sure I was happy with everything before walking down the aisle. Lourdes is fun, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend her! She put in my hair extensions and curled them exactly as I had imagined.. and the curls stayed put the whole day/night. 5 stars!!

So glad I took a leap of faith and had Lulu and Bass do my hair and makeup for my friend's wedding in San Diego. I'm a hairstylist but can't do an upstyle on myself to save my life! My friend hired this company to do her hair and makeup for her wedding and they had a bridal hair package deal we could opt for if the other bridesmaids were interested. I'm pretty picky since I'm in the biz, and wanted to make sure I ended up with something pretty, with a romantic look to it - as opposed to an 80s prom look like I've seen so many wedding hairstyles look like.
All I can say is Lourdes Preciado and her team were a-mazing!!! They were on time, worked quickly, were friendly and fun, and really kept my friend from morphing into a bridezilla with their confident, professional demeanor. They made us all look great - even my friend who doesn't have a ton of hair to work with, they styled it beautifully. The flower girls looked absolutely adorable and felt like little princesses. All us girls felt great, especially, most importantly the bride-to-be. All the bridal makeup looked great - just what I would want for my wedding - not overdone, just natural, fresh and glowing. It was such a relief to have such a competent team work on us on a day full of nerves and excitement. Thank you guys!! You rock!!

I had an absolute amazing experience with all of the LuLu & Bass ladies. Planning a wedding is a lot of work and can get very stressful, so when I originally spoke with LuLu & Bass about the details and what I was looking for, they calmed my nerves completely and were able to accommodate what I needed. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly and my hair and makeup (along with my bridesmaids and MOB) was exactly what I asked for!! The ladies were professional, fun, and made my morning of getting ready so special! I almost felt as if they were a part of the wedding party :) My makeup stayed on all day through pictures, ceremony, and a crazy reception! I absolutely recommend LuLu & Bass for any wedding because they truly lived up to what I envisioned.

Lourdes kept in touch with me so i was assured and felt comfortable knowing all was well. As a bride coming to California from Georgia I was nervous about someone I do not know to comb me for the most memorable day of my life. I had 3 bridesmaids all with long hair. Lourdes did a beautiful job on all of us. We all looked beautiful and our hair was perfect. Lourdes is a professional and very talented. Thank you. Also her make up artist put my make up and did a beautiful job. All of us had long eyelashes. The eyelashes were individuals and I never had those before. They looked awesome.

Lourdes was extremely responsive and accommodated me, including when I had to push back the appointment. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup in my engagement photo shoot.
