When planning my wedding I had this idea of everything I needed to do, but boy was I wrong. Deep down inside I’ve secretly love to plan events, so when I went to her she asked me about things I had not thought of. You assume it’s as easy as the music, cake, flowers, catering, ceremony and reception, but it’s so much more than that. She will make sure all grounds are covered and see it through to the end. Lourdes was hired as our planner for our wedding in March of 2019 at the Vizcaya Museum in Miami FL. She was so sweet and easy to work with from the start. I am a very particular person and very much involved in the planning process from start to finish and she never once made me feel like I was stepping over her toes or being annoying. Often times if I was stressed she gracefully handled all my questions and concerns and brought me to ease. If she said she had something done, she had it done and there weren’t any surprises. On the day of, I had the most wonderful day and most beautiful wedding. Every single guest gave such wonderful feedback and all our vendors she recommended did their jobs and did it well. Our catering company we worked with was so accommodating to our guests and I can’t tell you how many Guests said how welcomed they felt and taken care or by their staff. We had fireworks and they went off at the exact moment they were meant to go off and there weren’t any delays or issues (which I’ve heard is an issue at a lot of weddings). Thank you Lourdes for the most magical day ever!!

Every detail was absolutely mesmerizing, from the flowers, to the dj/band, lighting, entertainers, etc...Lourdes went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding was perfect. Her and her team were extremely attentive to my husband and I the entire night. The day of the wedding, my husband and I were literally in shock with the beauty of it all. We had my daughters wedding at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in March 2019. Lourdes Milian was the wedding planner. I have never experienced such a disorganized and unprofessional party planner.Invitations were not proof read before she mailed them . Some guests didn’t receive invitations. Invitations were sent out late due to the fact that she gave them to an assistant who did not mail the invitations . We had to send them out late by Fedex 4 weeks before the wedding . We thought after the invitation fiasco she would try really hard to improve however the wedding was another disaster. The ceremony started an hour late because Lourdes was stalling due to the fact that she and the florist did not have the Ball Room set up. No one directed our guest to seating at the ceremony. We could not get into the ball room until 11.30 pm .Dinner was at 12.30 am. She didn’t make sure the bride and groom were feed after the ceremony. Additionally, she did not coordinate family pictures with the photographer . She was extremely expensive and had every excuse in the book for her lack of professionalism and Incompetence. I would run the other way for anyone contemplating using her. I would under no circumstances ever recommend her.
