My husband and I are so happy we chose Lot 8 for our wedding! Not only are they affordable, but the venue is so unique and the staff is amazing. We knew we wanted an outdoor wedding and we liked the rustic and boho charm of Lot 8. On our actual wedding day, we really liked how the space felt pretty big while still having an intimate feel for our guests. The string lights added a nice ambience, and we just loved everything about the venue from the rustic bar cart to the built in decor, including the tire stack, a mirror wall, and plenty of plants and succulents: we felt like we didn’t have to add much additional decor, which saved us money and made the planning process less stressful. Since Lot 8 is a pretty all inclusive venue, our DJ and photographer were included in the package, which made the planning process way less stressful. Lot 8 also provided us with a list of preferred vendors, and we ended up choosing a caterer and photobooth from this list, which made our lives easier. Overall, the process of planning our wedding was pretty stress free compared to other people we spoke with who planned weddings, and we attribute a lot of this to Lot 8.

Kimberly was our coordinator, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. From the moment we met her, she was friendly, professional, and on top of her sh*t, so we knew we were in good hands. She made sure to accommodate all of our requests, and on the day of the wedding, she far exceeded our expectations: our table decor and venue looked better than I had imagined, Kimberly took additional photos throughout the night that looked like they were professionally done, and she made sure we had the most amazing night. Overall, we loved this venue, so if you are on the fence about choosing Lot 8 as your wedding venue, just do it! You will not be disappointed, and we cannot emphasize enough how great it was working with Kimberly who really helped us every step of the way to create our dream wedding!

I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience with Lot 8 and their incredible team! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress free, which is saying a lot when it comes to wedding planning. The communication is the biggest thing I have to give them credit for, every question I had (and there were a LOT) were answered promptly, kindly, and thoroughly.
What made this venue truly special was their all-inclusive approach. Instead of juggling a million vendors, the majority of what we needed was coordinated through their in-house team and it made all the difference. Our day-of coordinator, Drew, deserves a HUGE shoutout. He kept everything running perfectly, handled every little detail with ease, and made sure we could just relax and enjoy our day. It really felt more like we were working with a friend rather than being a transactional relationship. He was amazing!
And Ashley, our photographer, was a dream to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and captured every single moment so beautifully from candid shots to the big emotional moments, every photo turned out stunning. She was ON IT.
The whole day was beyond perfect thanks to this amazing team. If you’re looking for a venue that not only looks beautiful but comes with a team who truly cares about making your day unforgettable, this is it. I’d choose them again in a heartbeat!

Lot 8 was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we started working with Kim and the team, their communication was attentive and they were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the planning process. On the day of, we did not have to worry about a single thing - the staff took care of everything seamlessly. The venue itself was the best value, with ample space for our 160 guests. The food from Eco Catering was delicious, and our photography team of Kristin and Mike captured all the special moments beautifully. DJ Harmz kept the dance floor packed all night long, and we and our guests had the greatest time celebrating our special day at Lot 8. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!

We just wanted to say thank you so much for making our wedding a smashing success! You took such great care of us for the past year and everything went off without a hitch. Mary, Kimberly, Bianca, Kendra, you all did such amazing work and we couldn't have asked for a better team. We're really and truly blessed.

We recently had our wedding of ~80 guests at Lot 8 in San Diego, which is managed by Epic Events. It was a huge success due to all the help and planning that came from the whole coordination team at Epic, especially Mary, Kimberly, Kendra, and Bianca. Special shoutout also to Joel and Giovanni who helped prep and clean up on the day of!

We originally reached out over a year ago and visited Lot 8 in person to go over the space and review the possible options for our wedding. Kendra helped go over all the key points of the wedding package that included the venue rental, photography, DJ, and event/day-of coordination. There were a lot of items that were available to use for free or rent, which was really convenient and reduced the stress of finding lots of commonly needed things like centerpieces, tables/chairs, some signage materials, canopy, etc.

Mary, in addition to generally staying on top of everything, was able to help put us in contact with their photographers and DJ, which helped reduce the stress of finding and vetting these services for ourselves (which can be challenging and time consuming). The photography part of the package included an engagement shoot in addition to the wedding day-of. We had regular email communication over the course of several months while we were finding outside vendors for food and entertainment, in addition to in-person coordination meetings 6 and 1 month out to go deep into the weeds of planning and make sure that all the small details were accounted for. The excellent communication was critical for staying organized and keeping stress to a minimum, as well as for making last minute changes like renting a big tent only a few days beforehand in case of rain.

Kimberly our day-of coordinator, with help from Bianca, was a huge help in helping us establish exactly how we wanted the day to go and bring our vision to life. Kimberly was super attentive the day-of and took care of all the logistics with vendors arriving and leaving. She made sure we were having fun and also helped a bunch with set up and take down.

Overall we had a really great experience working with the whole Epic Events team, and we would definitely recommend them to others who are planning weddings/big events. Thank you so much for making our special day truly amazing!

Our wedding turned out perfect!

Lot 8 was perfect for our 130-person wedding. The vibes were immaculate: warm and intimate, despite being able to fit a lot of guests. The staff was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

We got married at Lot 8 on 11/20/22 and it was the best day ever. Epic Events made our entire planning process easy and stress free from the very beginning ( a year and half before our date) to the last song we danced to on our wedding day. With how much they offer, the day went smoothly and we had so much fun. Our guests are still commenting on the venue itself weeks later.
The space is a perfect size, its modern and romantic. It truly is a blank canvas for your wedding visions. Epic events is an all inclusive deal; Dj, photographer, caterer, and let me tell you it was incredibly easy and affordable.

Lot 8 was a great outdoor venue for our wedding of about 70 guests. It is full of greenery and succulents and didn’t need a lot of extra decor.

Julie and Mary with Epic Events Group and Christine with Eco Caters, were so accommodating and understanding through the entire process and I couldn’t have asked to plan my wedding with a better team :)

Our day-of-wedding coordinator, Ela, was a joy to work with. She was kind, and did a great job with extra details that I wanted added. She was very attentive and made sure that everything went smoothly.

My guests loved the food provided by Eco Caters and some went back for seconds. We opted for the second bartender, knowing our crowd might be more on the demanding side, and the bartenders were very professional and our guests really enjoyed their drinks.

As a note, you do have to provide all of the cups, ice, liquor, garnishes etc. for the bar but that was simple with Costco. We were able to drop everything off around 12pm the day of the wedding with help of family and friends. The ice was dropped off closer to 2pm to try and prevent a lot of melting. And if your wedding is going to be on a cooler night, you will want to rent propane tanks for the heat lamps.

DJ Shaun was AMAZING and kept the party going just we as we asked during our consultation. I would definitely recommend him as your DJ if choosing Lot 8.

Pastor William was responsive, kind, and so easy to work with. He took our notes of how we wanted the ceremony to go and executed it perfectly.

Florist Jerri Disney, took my vision of simple greenery and cream and made it a beautiful reality. I love what she did with my bridal bouquet and all of the florals at the wedding. She took everything into consideration when planning her designs and was communicative the whole way.

Kristina Joy with Epic Studios is a PHENOMENAL photographer! She was prompt, professional and I am in love with the moments she captured throughout the day.

We had an amazing day thanks to all the those at Lot 8. Any issues that arose during the day were handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Lot 8 to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the San Diego area!

I was so excited when I walked into Lot 8 -Once I walked in we knew that is the place we wanted to get married at...The whole process was easy and no hassle! We had the pleasure with working with Megan and Nikala, they both are amazing and fun to work with!! Megan was our day of coordinator that Lot 8 has to offer and she was AMAZING!!! Megan is so sweet, kind and works hard!! Throughout our wedding planning process, they checked in, made sure we were happy and had everything organized for us! This venue is the best of both worlds....centrally located in San Diego, has a lot of parking, beautiful succulent and greenery decor on the walls, market lights on the ceiling and a beautiful half built roof that makes the venue look enchanted!! I walked in the day of my wedding and just cried on how beautiful it looked....my enchanting boho moody wedding came to life. Thank you for making our day beautiful....I know where I will be having my baby shower at hahaha!!

We had the pleasure of being the first event held at Lot 8. Every year Vario Wedding and Vario Productions throws an annual marketing partying with 300 + people, and we love hosting our event at new innovative locations. We came across Lot 8 and were instantly excited to be the first event at a brand new location. We worked with the whole team, Inga, Nick, and Emily and they were all amazing throughout the entire process. Night of the party, the food, drinks, and service were wonderful and our guests loved the space! The space itself is a wonderful organic open air venue, with the opportunity to be transformed in so many ways. We video mapped the tires, and projected onto the storage container. This really made the space some to life at night. I would highly recommend Lot 8 for your next event or wedding!
