Long's Jeweler was absolutely amazing. Glenda helped my fiance custom make the absolute perfect ring for me. He said she really sat down and explained everything to him about quality vs quantity and clarity and color. Long's carries designers that many of the main stream stores do not, so it makes your ring that much more unique. I know that I will never see my exact ring on another person. I was sized at another jewelry store and the sizing did not match up. I took my ring to Long's so upset to part ways with it. I dropped it off on a Friday and by that next Wednesday evening I had a message of Long's saying my ring was back and ready for pick up. Thank you Long's Jeweler, especially Glenda, for helping create the ring of my dreams and being so patient as my fiance through the process. I will be in within the next few months to pick out his wedding band. (They even gave me a coupon) :)
