The staff at Loews O'Hare made our wedding the best day it could possibly be. Truly - they are so detail oriented, and made everything feel so special for us. We are insanely grateful! Especially Kamblin, she was incredible at answering all of my questions & making sure that everything was addressed.

Loews staff was so attentive and great to us as well as to all of our wedding guest. I heard only great things about Loews staff and the hotel from my wedding guests. The food was delicious and made perfect! I would highly recommend Loews as a wedding venue option or the many different private rooms for any occasion, they will not disappoint!

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at the Loews Chicago O’hare Hotel. Everything was perfect. It was a pleasure working with our coordinator, Vasso. She was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the wedding preparation. She made sure everything was just the way we wanted and that everything went smoothly throughout the day. The whole staff went above and beyond and was very helpful during the wedding preparation and during the wedding weekend. The guests staying at the hotel were very impressed with the rooms and everyone that attended our wedding had a blast! The food and service was incredible! There were no complaints and everyone was very happy! My husband and I are extremely happy that we decided to have our special day celebrated at the Loews Hotel!

We had our wedding at Loews Hotel in Rosemont in April 2015. The entire Loews staff went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! Our wedding coordinator Vasso from the hotel was absolutely fantastic. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail makes her great to work with. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our special day. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. The Hotel has beautiful art work throughout which makes it great for taking wedding photographs.

We used the InterContinental Chicago O'Hare for our room block and the "getting ready" room for the bride and bridesmaids for a wedding on September 1, 2013. We reserved a one-bedroom suite for the "getting ready" room, called ahead to early check-in at 11:30 am, and everything was ready for us when we got there. They were very accommodating and courteous, and the room was beautifully decorated in neutrals of gray and beige. It also has the bonus of a powder room in the living area with a full bathroom in the bedroom side. Plenty of space for a bunch of girls to get ready. After we returned from the wedding, there was even a complimentary amenity of champagne and strawberries waiting for the bride and groom. That was completely unexpected, and was a very nice touch. If you are looking for a room block for an event, you will not be disappointed with the InterContinental!

The ICO was absolutely amazing!!! Their wedding coordinators they truly go above and beyond to help you plan and organize your wedding. It is a bit expensive, but you are paying for top notch quality in food, drinks, decorations, service and proffesionalism. Our contact did an absolutely amazing job and was at the reception all night to help things go smoothly and make sure everything was in order. The hotel was in the perfect location, too.....with shuttle buses to the CTA and airport. It is a beautiful venue and you would be very pleased with the service hey provide for weddings,

My fiancee and I got married this past weekend at the Intercontinental O'Hare. We were instantly in love with the space, it looks like an art gallery that doubles as a gorgeous and modern hotel, and with a lot of out of town guests, the proximity to the airport made it our #1 choice. I could not have been happier with our experience. Vasso Power is one of the most incredible women to work with - she is professional, responsive, friendly, and helped us in more ways that I can even count. Our day was flawless and special, and Vasso was a huge part of that success. She helped to keep my stress level down by being helpful at all times, and by helping me through the stressful planning process. The food was incredible, the venue was gorgeous and clean, and every member of the staff at the hotel was professional. I loved every minute of our wedding weekend, and was sad to leave the Intercontinental by the end of the weekend, it had started to feel like a home away from home!!

The InterContinental Chicago O'Hare is a stunningly beautiful hotel that hosts beautiful events and that's why I chose them for my wedding! I got a great discount because I had my wedding on a Friday during the beginning of November which is considered the "off season" for weddings. Instead of having to pay a $20,000 food and beverage minimum I got a 50% discount and only had to meet a $10,000 food and beverage minimum which includes the reception food, drinks, servers, and ceremony space as well which I though was a great deal! The wedding coordinator Kristi was amazing! She's young but very professional and she knows how to give you a fabulous wedding without breaking the bank! From the morning of the wedding to the end of the night the wedding was amazing and everyone raved about it! They have beautiful rose chandeliers that are basically works of art because they're so beautiful! And the hotel serves as a working art gallery which is a great conversation starter and is so awesome to look at during a wedding! The hotel from top to bottom is beautiful, the service at the wedding was 5 star, the food was superb, and I would recommend anyone looking to have a unique and beautiful wedding to look into this hotel!

After searching and seeing many types of venues for our June wedding we decided on the Intercontinental Hotel O’Hare. The hotel is very contempory and beautiful, with art displayed throughout. The location is great for being between the city and suburbs. Our wedding/event coordinator, Vasso Power was so awesome to work with. She was on top of everything and on the day of, made sure everything was perfect. She has a wonderful and positive attitude, along with being great at her job. Everyone from the front desk to the banquet staff went out of their way to accommodate our guests in a warm and friendly way. Even the chef checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking, which the food and beverage service was impeccable. Our wedding guests continuously tell us what a beautiful and flawless wedding we had! I recommend this place to anyone and would consider this place for hosting other special events in the future!
