Cali was my makeup artist for the day of my wedding. I was hesitant, at first, because having a background in theatre makeup design has given me the ability to do my own very well. However, I chose to put Cali in charge that day for two reasons. 1. She is experienced in how it is going to read to the camera. 2. Already being a crazy, hectic day, I decided to leave it to a professional. (One less worry and boy was it worth it!) I have paid for others to do my makeup before and always ended up redoing it. Not with Cali. She is truly an artist and very good at playing with the shadows and contours of your face to bring out beauty you didn't know you had. And her price is incredibly reasonable! Don't go to some salon where they overcharge, don't come to your location (You want your makeup done in true lighting not soft lighting. That way you know what you really look like, not what you are kidding yourself you look like.), and don't know what they are doing. Go to Cali. Cali from Live in Beauty and Brittany from Blondie Hair Artistry are the best hands you can chose for you once-in-a-lifetime day.
