I cannot say enough good things about working with Lisa. She was recommended to me by Villa Loriana (our venue) and she was truly the best person to have by my side in the planning process.

She handled so much vendor coordination on my behalf, was so responsive and there for me, and while I'd like to think I kept my bridezillaness under control.. she handled my stress like a champ and solved all my problems :). She also handled our budget quite well - sticking within my boundaries and also making sure my day was what I wanted.

Day of was a dream come true all thanks to Lisa and her team. I had no stress and the truly the most incredible support. Her assistant was stain-sticking my dress, feeding me, fixing my hair, etc. etc - above and beyond service.

We wanted to thank Lisa for all of her tireless work to make our wedding week incredibly special! We hired Lisa several months before our wedding as a coordinator/planner. Most wedding coordinators and planners have a set number of hours or a schedule they adhere to when working with clients. Not Lisa! She was available any time of the day or night to talk through ideas, plan logistics, or meet vendors! This was one of the first Indian weddings and although there was lot to learn about cultural requirements to the wedding, she stepped up to the tall task and delivered with incredible hard work! Thank you so much Lisa! We would recommend you to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator who takes action and shows she’s truly invested in making your wedding as special as it can be!

The single best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Lisa! Not only is she organized and so well known in the Central Coast wedding industry, but she met with us countless times over the phone and in person when we happened to be in town. She had incredible vendor recommendations and had amazing suggestions on where to cut costs down to stay within budget. Our entire family absolutely LOVED Lisa and was genuinely sad when the wedding was over that we wouldn’t be in regular contact with her. Her team on the day of the wedding was insanely organized and meticulous. We never had to lift a finger or think of anything and it made for the most perfect and relaxing wedding day. Lisa was a wonderful wedding coordinator! She met with us often, in person and virtually, during the planning stages. Lisa Muir probably saved my wedding planning experience. She worked with us for about 2.5 years, when we went from planning an 8hr day for 100+ guests to guiding us through our yearlong postponement due to COVID. She helped us change gears to a very small church ceremony without a reception. She truly is invested in her brides (and grooms!) and makes you feel as if you're the only couple she's working with. Lisa will talk you off ledges and support you the way a friend would. She knows the ins and outs of this community of wedding vendors, and her recommendations are clutch. She thinks of anything and everything to make sure your day is is all about celebrating love. Because of her, I was able to flex and flow on my wedding day, without stressing out. She is a wonderful human being and I urge all the central coast brides to consider working with this consummate professional.

Lisa was the best decision I made about my wedding. I have never seen someone work so hard and genuinely care about their clients like she does. She was recommended to me by someone who used her for her daughter’s wedding. The person who recommended her to me is a very tough critic so I knew I was in good hands. And that person was absolutely right. She was a joy to work with and put 100% effort in the entire time we were working together. She was crucial to have during the planning stage. She made sure I was getting everything done on time and helped with everything. She was apart of every little step along the way. I think I called her with about 6352681 questions, and she answered all of them. She has so much experience with vendors and people in the area, she was such an asset when it came to picking our vendor team. We met multiple times and I always felt comfortable that she was guiding us in the right direction. When it came to the wedding day she made the day! She worked so hard to make sure everything was set up perfectly. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and directed all the other vendors and staff. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went off without a hitch. She also did little things that were crucial to design that I didn't even ask her to do, but I was soooo happy with. She has a great eye and knows how the layout and setup should be. I could go on and on about her….. because she was truly the BEST investment. She is a remarkable wedding planner/coordinator with a great energy about her. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her. She is amazing!

PS: If you book Lisa you have to book her husband Scott as your DJ. They work as the BEST team and is so much fun.
