Our certified wedding planner, Bethany Olczak eases the stress of our grooms and their wedding party with her custom itinerary and knowledge of how the ceremony is supposed to flow.

What an awesome idea our couple had—custom, leather place cards! Part of our "Day of Services" package employs us to make sure the place cards are orderly and correct.

A menswear inspired cake by our preferred vendor, Dessert Deli of Amherst New york. Michael's concern: "The grey frosting better not look purple". It didn't, we made sure of it.

With city hall in the background, what a great place for your ceremony. We went through with a fine-tooth comb to make sure the grounds were clean and the monument was free of graffiti

As part of their "It's Your Day Package" the couple were able to relax knowing we would make sure all the tables lookd as beautiful as this one..all the candles were lit, menu cards laid out, and centerpieces set. Had we not been there the guests would have been walking up to a 1/2 set dining room.

Bethany, our certified wedding planner made sure the bridal party knew their order, and had them all lined up.

Custom design cake to match the colors and theme of the wedding. Using our access to preferred vendors, Diana and Dan were able to keep this cake within their budget and save a lot of money.

Wayfinding/direction signage to direct guests to the correct wedding. These were put up by the venue, and had the wrong names initially. Luckily Lilypad was there as the wedding day coordinators to have it corrected before the guests arrived.

The after decor. We had to make some last minute changes after the florists decorated to ensure a balanced look from all perspectives.

With help from Lilypad last minute lineup changes and incorporating children into your wedding party is a joyful experience. We will make sure your timing is right, wedding party is picture ready, and you are as calm as can be walking down the aisle. We got your back...literally!

We highly recommend keeping hydrated and have small snacks throughout the day. Here's a spread we had ready for the wedding party and guests of honor! We also suggest trying to find a reception venue with a bridal suite/room where you can go to relax before the ceremony starts.

As part of their package, Todd + Elizabeth utilized our free design service to make sure all the printed goods had a cohesive look to them. These are bags of petals sealed with a custom-designed label.

These custom ceremony cards have a modern design to them that paired well with the venue and perfectly with the couple's aesthetic.

These favor tags were custom designed and used to close the bag around a snowflake cookie.

Custom made guest bags for those that travelled away from home to attend the wedding.

Escort cards custom-printed with guests names and table numbers. We picked a color palette that matched the couple's invitations and overall color scheme to indicate meal choices. This made it easy for the caterers to identify meals and served a decorative purpose as well.

Putting on the finishing touches before the guests arrive. Making sure all the candles are lit, linens are set and appropriate number of chairs and place settings are at each table.

And the happy couple are showered with rose petals.

We designed the table scapes and incorporated custom menu cards and soap favors to tie in the colors and characteristics of the venue.

Arianna wanted a special chair to sit in for her gift opening. We found the perfect chair for her at a local rental boutique.

We met with various bakery's to find the perfect selection of petit fours for Arianna, and sourced vintage trays to highlight the colors and character of the room and the pastries.
