Bethany was really great in helping me plan my wedding from afar. She was very flexible and creative in finding vendors and items that were in my slim budget. She kept me on track with timing and really helped with my piece of mind.

Very happy with my invitations

I contracted Lilypad to design and print invitations for a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party I'm throwing for my parents. Brent was very professional to work with and did a fantastic job with the design. I've received so many compliments on how nice the invitations came out. I would definitely recommend them, and use Lilypad in the future.

Pretty in Pinks Barn Wedding

Team Lilypad was ESSENTIAL in making my wedding day come to life. From the custom flower arrangements, centerpieces and favors to the hanging of lights, drapes and other decor, they really pulled out all the steps while guiding my fiancé and I so we kept within a comfortable budget. They also did all our stationery, escort cards and other printed items. We are so happy we hired them!

The Re-Enforcement has Arrived

I am very experienced in throwing events in my backyard, but as the time ticked down I realized I may have bitten off more than I could chew with hosting a wedding! I am so thankful that I hired Lilypad to help me with some last minute items (sourcing and setting up linens, finding a tent and custom cocktail napkins). Bethany was professional, honest and adaptable to my changing design ideas.

Bethany was fantastic!! She saved us money and time by finding us the best rentals and services for our wedding. She genuinely cared about us as a couple and wanted us to have the best wedding possible. The night before the wedding when the makeup artist that I chose cancelled, Bethany saved the day and found me a new one. This planner is amazing and worth every penny! My wedding was perfect and so is she.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful my experience with Lilypad was. My husband and I had a relatively low budget, but I still knew I needed a planner. When Bethany and I met for my initial consolation, we clicked instantly and I knew she was going to be the best choice to help me through the planning process. She thought of ideas I never would have thought of and was always able to tactfully tell me if an idea wasn't going to work the best or respectfully tell me how to handle a situation with my family I didn't know how to handle. She had the perfect balance of letting me plan what I wanted while beautifully filling in the gaps that I left to make sure everything would be perfect. She was also super flexible with us in terms of payment plans and meeting times.
I was initially worried about the cost of a planner with my budget, but the service and overall experience I received from Lilypad was worth way more than the cost. If you even think you might need a planner, don't hesitate to give Lilypad a call. I'm so happy I chose them and would do so again in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I met with Bethany at a point in the wedding planning where we had already engaged all the vendors. We were looking for help in executing my daughter's vision for her wedding (without breaking the bank) and event coordination "the day of". Bethany and Brent did a magnificent job in these areas, often went beyond to guide us, giving us the benefit of their extensive experience. Their fees were reasonable and they stayed within our budget. Our daughter is very creative and had a well-developed theme in mind. Their in-house design and print capabilities were outstanding in executing her vision and resulted in considerable savings (and considerable positive feedback from our guests). They worked with us when we requested changes at inopportune times and always were professional about it. They never let personal issues get in the way of providing us their best customer service. In the "heat" of the day before and day of our event, they were a calm presence, solving (inevitable) problems easily. I admit that at first I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator, but I now think it was our best decision. Lilypad was the best fit for us. Bottom line, with their help we had a perfect wedding and I would recommend them without reservation!

Bethany and Brent were amazing. They thought of every detail including things we never would have thought of. They were attentive, approachable and extremely willing to share the process and decision making with us. We had a vague vision and they brought it to life. I was absolutely shocked when I saw the venue for the first time on the night of the reception. It took my breath away..... absolutely stunning. It was all the guests could talk about.... can't tell you how many times we heard the words " over the top" and breath taking. Would use Lilypad again in a heartbeat...... they took a normally stressful day and allowed it to be stress less and absolutely enjoyable!

For my daughters wedding August 20th we were on a budget and Bethany worked around that and made it look perfect, so no matter what budget, what occasion it is Bethany and her team are the people to call. They are compassionate and have the greatest ideas on how everything will look. The lights, the tool, the table decorations it all fit into our budget and was beautiful and a night to remember.

Working with Bethany at Lilypad was a great experience, they made my daughters wedding into a princess evening. We had it in a barn and she transformed it into something spectacular. I would recommend Lilypad to anyone who needs creativity and professionalism.

Bethany and Brent were great to work with. They planned 2 wedding ceremonies and 2 receptions for us and it turned out beautiful. They were easy to reach when things came up and were great in communicating and updating us on what was happening. I am very grateful I chose to hire Lilypad wedding planning. It made my wedding day stress free, everything was planned and executed beautifully. We had many people come up to us and tell us this was the best wedding they had ever been to and that we were so calm and happy through out the whole hectic day.....that is because we were calm and happy! We were well taken care of and felt we got really tailored personal service.

Bethany really went above and beyond helping with our wedding planning. She called vendors, and met with them on occasion when I couldn't come into town; she was very responsive to my questions (and patient). Since I was planning while living out of town, I couldn't have done it without her. She really worked hard to bring my vision to life, and I was able to relax on the wedding day knowing she and Brent were there to help execute everything. It was also extremely helpful to have my save the dates, invitations, favor boxes, programs, etc., all handled by them too. I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out and incredibly grateful for Lilypad's service.

Lilypad is the ultimate wedding planning choice! Bethany was my guardian angel through the 14 months of planning our amazing wedding. Bethany at Lilypad is the BEST planner I have every run into and in my various jobs I have met a lot - the team of photographer, DJ, Officiate, Caterer, florist and venue worked like a well oiled machine and the limo driver even jointed the celebration before making sure all our "drank too much" guests made it home safely.

I live in Miami, Florida - there is no way Tom & I could have had this wonderful party or "Murphy Shindig" without Bethany. If anyone is considering an event in the Buffalo, Tonawanda, Nigeria Falls area and you don't use Lilypad, your event will not be the best it could have been!!!

The team at Lilypad is patient and pays attention to detail (a compliment our wedding has been receiving). They were always reachable and very creative. They would take an idea I had an added to it. The design elements they came up with stuck with our colors and theme; and day of - - everything was pulled-off without a hitch! They saved the day when our place cards were MIA and handled the variety of personalities in our fun wedding party, and two large families, seamlessly. The weeks leading up to and after were less stressful when Lilypad helped cart items to not only our reception site, but the church and rehearsal dinner venue. I don't know what I would have done without them - - except keep them in my Rolodex for future events!

Bethany and Brent were there for my husband and I from start to finish. We chose the Lilypad Preferred package, and we were so happy that we did! This is a great package for couples that do not have a lot of time to put into planning, but would still like to be involved, and if you want to be only minimally involved that's ok too! Lilypad is very flexible in that you can meet with them as much or as little as you like. Meetings we had with them involved designing the save the dates, designing invites, discussing and meeting with vendors, discussing decor and design, and discussing wedding day itinerary toward the end. Bethany made multiple trips to our venue on her own to discuss all of the ins and outs with the owner. With our package Lilypad coordinated EVERYTHING! We literally did not have to do a thing the day prior to or the day of the wedding. This was the biggest value. We know lots of couples who have had to scramble a few days prior to the wedding and the day of to deliver things, set things up, etc, and we have always said that is one thing we do not want to do....and we didn't! Lilypad is an all in one event planner. They made/purchased for us and set up all decor - everything from the signage to the personalized napkins to the welcome bags for guests staying in the hotel with blocked rooms! Bethany and Brent truly listened to all of our ideas and concerns and made them priority. You are not just another number or client with Lilypad! Lilypad took a restaurant that is nice on its own with good bones, and turned it into an elegant and romantic wedding venue! We could not have asked for 2 better people to work with in planning our wedding! Some people think wedding planners are not affordable and an unnecessary expense....it is the exact opposite. It is the best investment we made in wedding planning!

Our experience with Bethany and Brent from Lillypad was absolutely fantastic. Bethany was instrumental in creating a unique, personalized and signature wedding day for David and I. Bethany's attention to detail, relationship with vendors, professionalism and personality are just a few of the wonderful things about her as a planner. The planning process is naturally very intimidating, and Bethany made sure that the whole process was fun, enjoyable and a great experience. Due to Lillypad's relationship with various vendors, a significant amount of money was saved, while preserving a great experience with each of the vendors. Bethany and Brent were also intimately involved in the "day of" coordination -- from the moment we arrived at the venue to the moment we left, they were in control of the whole day, and made it as carefree to us as possible...every detail was taken care of. That alone is reassuring and priceless. I HIGHLY recommend Lillypad for your planning needs, but at the same time I want to keep them as a "hidden gem!"

Lilypad advertises how to turn life’s most special moments into fine memories by creating unique signature events. Well, that is only half the story. They have created a signature wedding not only for us, but for our guests as well. We have received messages stating “best night ever”, “great memories from last night”, “it was magical, perfect”, “the wedding was fabulous and so much fun”, “great night”, “you made your guests feel special with the little touches”. Those are just a sampling of what we felt as well.

We can’t thank Lilypad enough for helping us to make memories that will last a lifetime, not just for us, but for everyone who was involved with our wedding. We keep on talking about how perfect everything was from the signature hors d’oeuvres to the best dessert table. We also feel we have gained two great friends! They really captured “us” for our wedding day, and also shared the love on that day with us and our guests.

Bethany created my invitations for my wedding in November. They came out even better than I had hoped. I liked Bethany from the beginning because she tells you like it is (respectfully of course!). I thought I knew what would look good but she was able to point things out from her professional opinion which helped a lot. She was very clear in the expectations she had for me (check names, spelling, addresses, etc.). She caught things that I missed - it's always nice to have someone who really double and triple checks their work. I look forward to working with Lilypad in the future.

I can't count how many times people complimented us on our wedding day on how smooth our ceremony went. They were thanking us for little things that we never would've thought to to or have unless we hired Lilypad. Little touches that made our ceremony unique and inviting and actually entertained our guests! Lilypad went above and beyond to add creative touches that made smooth transitions. They also found a way to make our reception highlight the unique things about my HUSBAND and I. I'm so thankful to have found Lilypad and will be recommending them to all of my friends!

Brent helped me create beautifully designed wedding invitations on my budget. He went out of his way to accommodate what I was looking for at a price I was comfortable with. I can't say enough about his work. On top of his creativity he responded to any emails texts or calls from me quickly. During the design process Brent included me every step of the way and always made sure I loved the design concept before he moved on. I recommend Brent to anyone looking for beautiful and personal invitations, you won't be sorry. I can't wait to send my invitations out. :)

We worked with Brent and he was extremely responsive. He was a wealth of information and had ideas that we had not thought about. He took our ideas for the invitations and sent us a few proofs, we edited and he updated in a timely fashion. We had many questions, but Brent was always willing and able to accommodate anything that came to mind.

He was very creative and when he said something would be ready, it was - extremely dependable. We are going to use Lilypad in the future for invitations when we have other parties also.

I am so thankful & lucky that I stumbled upon the LilyPad! After buying my invitations elsewhere, I needed hotel inserts at a price that was not outrageous. Brent had such a difficult task of creating pieces of our invitation that went with what we already had. He made it look so effortless & created EXACTLY what I wanted. Brent was the easiest person to work with & very responsive... I called him back to create our wedding programs as well. He is truly so talented. I've planned many successful events myself but I wanted to make this a special occasion for my future daughter-in-law. I wanted creativity and fresh ideas. I decided turn the task over to the Lilypad team. I felt immediately comfortable with Bethany and liked her ideas. She did all of the legwork and came up with great suggestions yet was open to my ideas too and willing to make changes. Brent's invitations as well as napkins, menu cards and favor cards were classy. Jen was a great help the day of the event and insured that everything proceeded smoothly. When the bride-to-be walked into the venue and heard the classical guitar and saw the beautiful flowers, she just beamed - that was the best of all!

I had a wonderful experience working with Brent and Bethany at Lilypad Wedding and Events. Brent designed my invitations exactly as I described and they came out beautiful! He was VERY patient and flexible! He always met with me at my convenience and gave great advice (to someone who knew absolutely nothing about wedding invitations). My fiance and I are in the military and were on a tight budget. Brent went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the price without sacrificing the quality of the design we chose. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Lilypad for your special day. You will not regret it! They will be there for you 110% and you can tell they enjoy what they do.

Lilypad Wedding & Events really went the extra mile for my son's Baptism invitations. Brent worked with me to customize everything to fit our exact needs. We worked with LilyPad for the day of our service. Bethany and the team had touched based multiple times before our big day to make sure we were heading in the right direction with all of our plans. On the day of the wedding, Lilypad handled all vendors, overseeing site set up, choreographed the day, etc. Massive peace of mind knowing they had everything under control and we were able to enjoy our day!!!!

LilyPad planned a wonderful birthday party for us recently. What they were able to do on our limited budget was incredible! They took care of every detail from the invitations they designed to the restaurant and party favors to the food. They certainly saved us a lot of time and worry. One of the things we appreciated the most is how easy they were to work with!

Bethany and Brent were wonderful. We came to them with many loose ends and they helped us quickly and professionally. They also made wonderful suggestions and thought of everything we did not. Whether or not we used all of their suggestions or not, they were never at a loss for ideas and problem solving (even up to just days before the wedding).

The graphic design of our printed goods was well worth the entire fee. Brent was very quick with proofs that were gorgeous and responsive to feedback.

On the day-of, Lilypad was wonderful. They arranged for early check-in at our hotel, made sure that our parents had preferred parking and even had our favorite drinks from Starbucks awaiting us when we arrived at the reception.

We enthusiastically recommend Lilypad to anyone planning a wedding!!

Lily Pad Wedding and Events helped us plan our Family Reunion. They were open to our ideas, while they offered ideas of their own. It was nice to feel comfortable talking with them about staying within our budget. They had many suggestions for us to think about and also favorable contacts in the area. Bethany at Lilypad was very pleasant to deal with. She recommended some wonderful vendors--florists, shuttle service, bakery, etc. that we would not have found otherwise. She was sensitive to our request of keeping the cost of the wedding reasonable. Bethany was absolutely outstanding for her day of the wedding services!! She provided a very detailed schedule for everyone to follow, contacted all the vendors to make sure they were on time and doing their jobs, and she generally oversaw all the details. Everything on the wedding day was flawless. I highly recommend Lilypad.

These invitations turned out exactly the way we pictured them. We wanted and invitation that looked like a plan ticket as we are having a destination wedding. Our daughter was married on July 21, 2018. After meeting Brent and Becky we knew they would be perfect to handle our wedding details. We chose the "Stand By Me" package and It perfectly suited our degree of involvement. Brent worked closely with us every step of the way and our invitations were beautiful. He is meticulous and has a great eye for detail crossing every "t" and dotting every "i" until the finished product was to our satisfaction. We received numerous compliments on every aspect of his work. He is very patient and calm and always willing to listen to the customer's ideas and executes

them as much as possible. Brent has a beautiful line of invitations that have the look and feel of ones that are much more expensive. Brent takes pride in his work and we would strongly recommend him to anyone wishing a seamless way to handle any kind of correspondence. Bethany is Brent's sister and partner. She is delightful to work with as well. Bethany is a wealth of practical information and knows tried and true vendors in our area. She saved us hours of research and searching. Like Brent, she is a true professional who seems to enjoy her work. One always gets the feeling that she is wiling to help and it's never a bother to call or ask questions. Our daughter lives in another state and she praises Lilypad for what could have otherwise been a stressful year. The day of the ceremony were happy and calm because we knew that so much had been done by Lilypad to keep things on an even keel. There may be other wedding planners in our Buffalo area but were extremely happy we chose Lilypad Wedding and events.

Bethany and Brent from Lilypad Events helped with a number of things for my destination wedding and also our reception back in Buffalo a few months later. Brent did a fantastic job of working with my ideas for a large number of my print materials and everything came together so well. I was a little overwhelmed with everything that needed to be picked out and put together for my invitations. Brent helped me develop the style I had in mind and made sure that all the pieces matched without looking ridiculous. Bethany constructed an "anniversary pinata" for me that took a huge amount of creativity, patience, and time. It was so unique and I had a lot of guests tell me that they really loved it! Working with Lilypad Events took a lot of stress out of planning and organizing details for our wedding/reception and I am so glad that I didn't try to do it on my own. Bethany and Brent are super friendly and easy to work with and definitely listened to what I wanted and worked with my ideas to create something that was perfect for what I wanted. They kept me informed of the progression of my items and were never difficult to get a hold of. I appreciate everything that they did for me and definitely would recommend Lilypad Events to friends and family members =)

My wedding invitations were designed by Brent. I was very pleased with the resulting invitation and received many compliments! I thought the pricing was very reasonable and the folks at Lilypad were very easy to work with. They also helped me out with other aspects of the event and provided great advice! We're couples that live in Texas, we reach out to Bethany just 2 months before our wedding date .....with nothing in place, except that we have booked the photographer and the wedding venue!
We only wanted a small, intimate and elegant wedding ....and Bethany and Brent helped us to make that happened! Brent is able to deliver our idea on the invitation card, help to blend in my Chinese culture into the design as well!
Bethany found us the officiant, the florist, the make-up artist and the live band which we admire their quality of work.
We couldn't thank both Bethany and Brent enough, in helping us to organize the PERFECT wedding (which I am not sure ever exist before this).

Brent did the invitations for my wedding in June and he was really great to work with, very professional and accommodating. He had a lot of good advice as I didn't know exactly what I wanted or how to do things in the best way. He was always quick to get back to me or show me the latest proof. Overall he did a great job and I would definitely recommend Lilypad Wedding.

Brent did my invitations, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He let us take our time in choosing our design, and then worked with us to customize the design to fit perfectly with our vision. The invitations are beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. There was a minor printing problem that was out of Lilypad's control, but the handled the situation professionally and I was able to get the error corrected with plenty of time to assemble and send my invites. If I could give a future bride some advice, it would be to let Brent and his team assemble your invitations for you- it's MORE than worth the time and money. I chose not to in order to save a few dollars, but it ended up taking longer than anticipated and I ended up spending almost the same amount on expensive adhesive to assemble them myself! I would recommend Brent and Lilypad to anyone that is looking for a personal and customizable experience. THANK YOU BRENT!

Was a delight to work with Lilypad. Our reception was perfect and with the help of Lilypad not hard to accomplish. Their design and invitations are personalized and unique at a good price. Being more mature working with these confident young people was a wonderful experience.

I am disappointed in Lilypads performance at my recent wedding. First the bad... The most frustrating part was the disorganization - she missed several key factors from our initial consultation (and I had to remind her several times about the details I gave her in this first conversation), and she had to be prodded multiple times about following up with my vendors. During the wedding she kept disappearing and did not seem to be able to keep tabs on the event timeline or my wedding party. As a bride I felt frustrated that I couldn't find my planner OR her assistant (who was pretty useless, I'm not even sure why she was there) multiple times. One of my bridesmaids had to provide tons of instruction to my wedding planner in order to keep things running smoothly, which just seemed silly and uncalled for. Everyone in the wedding party and a few of my guests commented on how unorganized the planners seemed.

And the good... I will say that I am happy with the way my programs and menus turned out. Also, the room itself looked gorgeous but I'm not sure if that was thanks to Lilypad or to the catering company/venue. Also, the owners are very kind. But it takes more than being kind to run a successful business, you also need to be able to execute.
