I was visiting the area and went to their shop looking for a Mother of the Bride dress I had seen and they showed they had it. The nicest young lady Lauren helped me and was wonderful! I ended up getting a different dress from what I originally thought I wanted and she was wonderful, Patient, kind, very helpful. They had lots of styles for me to look at. I ordered the dress and Mrs. Lennox, the owner, had it sent to my home within a week. It fit perfectly. Prior to this I had ordered several dresses and returned them and some couldn't be returned and was getting extremely frustrated. They were the best thing I needed! A wonderful shop, tons of experience and so kind and helpful. I highly recommend them and especially Lauren if you can get her. So glad I found them.

I went to their shop and was able to find a beautiful Mori Lee right off the rack that fit me perfect. I did not have to have an appointment to look at their dresses and they were willing to sell me that exact dress instead of making me order one. I also had minor alterations done there including, hem and bussel and a little bead work. It was complete in less than a week for a reasonable price. The ladies in there were very friendly and remembered me over the few times I was in the shop. This made me feel like my business was important to them unlike the shop where my bridesmaids dresses were purchased. Everytime I talked to that shop on the phone or in person they would act like they had no idea what I was there for.

Found my perfect dress for much less than what I expected to pay!

After going to several bridal salons in state, we headed out to Lennox because they carried the designer that I wanted. Although they didn't have MY dress, they were more than happy to order it for me and even offered to match or beat any price that I had been given by other salons. The seamstress that did my alterations was amazing. She isn't shy about telling you what she thinks, but she is easy to work with and does great work. I had a layer added under my skirt, the sides taken in to be more fitted, and SEVEN bustles added and it was under $85!

The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I'm so glad I chose Lennox East!

Dress was an excellent value for the level of detail. The tailor was not as easy to work with. The saleswoman claimed she was AMAZING and that the dress would be fitted properly after only one fitting. It took her the typical 3 or 4 visits.

KEEP ON THEM! They lost my wedding dress twice and they lost my headpiece at least 3 times. They are disorganized but their stock is gorgeous. The seamstress is very nice, but a bit pricey. No matter what, make sure you check with them at least once a month to make sure they haven't "lost" any of your pieces.

Do not buy a dress from this business! They failed to deliver my wedding dress on time, despite multiple assurances. I had to cancel my wedding and when I finally received the dress, the veil was missing. They're now trying to give me a used veil instead of a new one after they were supposed to order my vail for a second time. Nobody has taken responsibility or apologized for the inconvenience. A lot of money was wasted, and they've been rude and unprofessional. Beware! And after posting this sane review on Facebook I got blocked! How convenient
