What's most important to me is making sure you feel comfortable being yourself when we're working together. That's where the magic moments really start to happen. Hopefully in knowing a little about me you'll know if we are the right fit.
Before photographing weddings in New England I lived in Alaska + Colorado. I worked as an art director at an advertising agency, in production at a ski and snowboarding magazine, and as a creative manager at a digital agency. I studied photography between these jobs at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies. Once I started working on my own passion for my work came easily, and I am continually fueled by all the amazing people I meet each year, the stories they share, and the love they show.
Basically I'm a work hard, play hard type - I'm up for any adventure you dream up, whether it's on a mountain top, your backyard, or your favorite stretch of coastline. Now tell me more about you!

Dream photographer!
I am beyond happy we were able to work with Leah as our wedding photographer. Her work is incredible and she was so pleasant to work with. Our wedding photos will always be something we cherish thanks to Leah. She was always responsive and easy to communicate with leading up to our wedding. We also had the pleasure of working with her associate Ashely for our separate reception day who also did an incredible job and was just as lovely to work with. Thank you Leah and Ashley!

Spectacular!
Leah is the best! Her work speaks for itself. She traveled to Rhode Island to take our engagement photos at a carousel where we got engaged and they came out absolutely spectacular. I told her my vision briefly and she captured what I was looking for so easily. For our wedding, she was super comfortable to be around. We had a lot of people in our party and we both have big families, but Leah handled everything with grace and honestly gave us photos that I will look back on for years to come. Her second photographer, Whitney, was like sunshine! Happy, enjoyable to be around, and very talented. I would recommend Leah to anyone. She was the first vendor we booked for our wedding because photos last forever! Thanks, Leah!

Everything I hoped for!
I am beyond psyched that we were able to hire Leah to do our wedding photography! Photography was our priority area when it came to our wedding. I have admired Leah's work for a while now and I was so thrilled she was available on our wedding date. She made the entire process easy and simple from initial contact all the way through ordering our album. We wanted to take our engagement photos on a friend's sailboat which meant moving the date at least once because of bad weather. Leah was easy going and willing to work with us to make these photos happen. On our wedding day she worked with us to come up with a good timeline to get exactly what we wanted. Every time I look at the photos I find at least one new photo that I missed the first time and love. The album we ordered through her is stunning and worth every penny.
My husband and I don't have a lot of photos of the two of us together and I know I'll be reaching out to have photos of us taken by Leah again in the future. I can't recommend her enough!!!

Leah is a 10/10 professional. We had the best day of our lives and Leah documented ALL of it. Her and Scott both brought their A game. Creative, artistic, non-cliche professionals who can make any couple comfortable being documented. Everyone who has seen our photos are shocked and impressed at how well they turned out. AMAZING. Leah is a gem. My husband and I were so happy with our wedding photos and overall experience with her. Leah is friendly, professional, talented beyond belief, and the type of person you'll leave your experience wanting to be friends with. I'd recommend Leah to anyone hunting for a great wedding photographer. 10 out of 10 hands down.

I first met Leah at my college roommate's wedding, and when I got engaged, she was the very first photographer I sought out. She worked closely with us before the wedding and for our engagement shoot to make sure she really understood what we wanted. She was able to get all the pictures I wanted, while also allowing me to be completely absorbed in my day. She was unobtrusive, but always there when I needed her.
Leah's work is outstanding, but it goes beyond good pictures. She captures the story and the feelings of a most important day.

I could not recommend Leah more highly to photograph your wedding day. She was so fun to work with especially when the chaos of a wedding can become overwhelming! We had some issues with our caterer and Leah even offered to step in and help clear tables while she was on her break because she does not photograph guests while eating! If she is available on your date, stop looking any further
