I met with Laura and thought that her pictures were good. She seemed like a great value. I could get an album, unlimited photography, 2 photographers, bridal pictures, and engagement pictures for half of what everybody else was charging. It seemed too good to be true, so I immediately signed the contract and sent in the deposit. I never received confirmation that the deposit and contract were received. I emailed, called, and sent facebook messages multiple times and did not receive a response. The paypal deadlline for a refund was coming up quickly, so I started freaking out. I contacted Laura to try to set up engagement photos and to tell her how concerned I was about the lack of response from her. I received a response over a week later saying that she had been moving during the last week and did not have internet. She also said that her son broke her cell phone a week ago. This could be true, but she did not offer an explanation for the other month that I could not contact her. This response was only received after I had requested a refund from paypal.

I would not recommend using this vendor for your wedding.

Please don’t hire this vendor. She is a scam! Let me spell it out S.C.A.M!!! Same story, that she’s moving and that you will receive the pics soon. We got her service thru Groupon and now we’re fighting to get our refund back because after almost 4 months no engagement pictures! She don’t answer her cell or reply texts and emails. Please be aware! Stay away from this con artist! Don’t waste your money and time!

Do NOT use this vendor!! I was married over 6 months ago and still do not have any photos!! She has stopped any and all communication with us and will not repsonsd to emails, calls, texts. Do NOT put yourself in this same positon.
