I was reluctant about hiring a wedding planner because I didn't think it was worth it but boy was I wrong. I had been planning my wedding for 3 months getting nowhere when I came across a flyer at the library with the information to Lavender Lady. I kept it in my bag for like a week when I decided to give them a call. After that first phone call I was sold. Kay was able to ease my spirits and quickly find solutions to all the problems I was having planning on my own. She got to work right away and in a few weeks she did what I couldn't in months. Obviously any planner could've done so I'm no professional and made a mess of it but she went above and beyond. She stayed up all night helping my mother and I pack all the goodies bags for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, even our welcome bags and delivered them to the hotel. Imagine I named her my honorary maid of honor without her my wedding wouldn't have been so perfect.
