This amazing women brought my dress from a size 16 to size 2. She made all the changes I asked of her and more. She is very talented and the sweetest person to work with. She is honest and very good at knowing how to fit the dress perfectly for you.

Laura did not disappoint. She did my wedding dress alterations which included hemming many layers of lace, adding a bustle, taking in the waist, and attaching a belt. Her prices are very fair, and the quality of her work is outstanding. She makes sure everything is perfect and wants you to be 100% happy with your dress. I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends getting married in the Chicago area.

Laura is the seamstress that was recommended when my mom purchased her Mother of the Bride dress. She was so happy with Laura's work that I decided to also have her make alterations for my wedding gown.

Thankfully, I didn't have a lot of extensive work to have done to my dress. She just let out the lining a little bit, hemmed the dress, and even came up with a clever way to bustle my entirely tulle skirt! Not only that, but the beading on my illusion neckline chafed a bit under my arms, and she found a way to cover the edge around my armpit with some organza so that you couldn't see the fix AND it fixed the chafing problem!

Laura's prices are reasonable as well - I would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled seamstress in the Western Chicago suburbs.
