Kyla's Cakes N Bakes is known for our delicious cake and cheesecake. Many couples come in because they don't want a traditional cake, or they want a cutting cake for them, but cheesecake for the main dessert. We offer traditional cakes and cupcakes in many flavors, and we offer cheesecake in many size and flavor options as well. One growing in popularity being our tiered cheesecake wedding cakes. Many people love the cheesecake cupcake and cheesecake bites as well. It's a fabulous, unique, and delicious way to offer a variety of upscale desserts at your wedding! When you first inquire with us about desserts for your wedding we will answer any questions you may have right away. We will then ask you some basic questions pertaining to your potential order and set up a time to meet with you so that you may sample the desserts in consideration and discuss further with you what you have in mind for your special day. We do most of our tastings in the bakery, but we will travel to meet half way for those coming from Kansas, North KC, or a similar distance.

Kyla's Cakes N Bakes is a family owned and operated bakery, and when you call or stop by the bakery Kyla is the face you will meet! She is the head baker and decorator for every dessert we make. Kyla takes pride in her work, and believes that excellent customer service is the key to gaining returning customers. Everyone's event is top priority, no matter how small or large the order is. Those memories will live a lifetime and we want them to be wonderful! We do our part to make sure that the desserts ordered are delicious, beautiful, and made according to what the customer has described.

Our specialties include beautifully decorated cakes in both buttercream and fondant, tiered cheesecakes, cheesecake cupcakes, and cheesecake bites. We have many flavor options for traditional cake, and over 50 flavor options for cheesecake! We have a very economical cheesecake option which is popular among brides and grooms because it allows for a single cheesecake to be pre-sliced and beautifully decorated offering 24 slices per 9" cheesecake.
