My fiance and I visited Kristin's Fine Jewelry back in 2005 and met with a wonderful woman whom I believe her name was Viola. We already had my engagement ring from them so we went to pick out wedding rings. We fell in love with two of them and put them on layaway.

Throughout the year, we made payments and finally brought them home. Viola was always there and always remembered us and made us feel welcome and special.

We are finally getting married 7 years later due to prior circumstances and when we walked into Kristin's again to polish up our rings, Viola was still there and remembered us! We explained that we were finally getting married, explained what happened before and she made sure all was taken care of for us.

It's nice to walk into a place after so much time has elapsed to have the people there remember you and still make you feel special. I would definitely recommend Kristin's Fine Jewelry to anyone. They go above and beyond to ensure their customer's are well taken care of.

This place is a joke. My wife and I bought my wedding ring here. It wasn't their fault it needed to be resized. But I gave it to them 5 weeks ago to be resized. They said it would take 7-10 business days (it wasn't actually a resize, but an exchange for a bigger ring. can't resize titanium). I called them three weeks after I gave it to them, they said it never came back in. Six days ago, I went into the store to see if maybe it came in. She pulled out the envelope and told me "Well it came back, but they sent the same size ring back to us." I saw the envelope that she put it in when I gave the ring to her. It was the same exact envelope she put it in 4 weeks prior. And HOW would she know that the ring was the wrong size before I tried it on? The writing on the envelope indicated the correct size. SHE NEVER SENT THE RING OUT. Then the woman gave me this sob story about how her daughter is mildly autistic and its causing all these hardships in her house. 5 weeks and I have not had my wedding ring. I will NEVER shop at this place again and I recommend you pass them by to check out Zales, Kay or Jareds.
