Country Club Wedding Venues in Chicago Suburbs

Briar Ridge Country Club was the perfect venue - we couldn't have been happier with it! We live out of state, but working with Meagon (banquets director), she was so accommodating and dealt a lot with my parents since they are local in the area. Meagon was so kind in answering every question that came throughout the planning process and helped in getting everything set up to run so smoothly. The venue has a great bridal suite and room for the guys to also hang out and get ready in. The day of went flawlessly with the help of Meagon, Trisha and the rest of their staff. The entire morning rained, but Meagon and team let us hold off as long as we could on making the call to move it inside, but after looking at the weather, we were able to get a break and have the ceremony outside. I was so thankful we were able to hold off on moving it inside as long as we did! The grounds were beautiful and green (for a summer wedding) to be able to take awesome pictures outside. The food was excellent and we had so many compliments over how good it was! The venue was a great price for the quality of the food, service and location that you get. I would absolutely book Briar Ridge all over again!

Our wedding at Idlewild was perfect and went so smoothly. Taryn helped make the planning process a breeze and answered all questions that we had. Day of the wedding, everything was set up beautifully and we got nothing but great compliments from our guests about the food, the staff, and the venue! :)

We loved Arrowhead Golf as our vendor. It was amazing to have our cermony and reception be held at one place. I loved that they work with a baking company to do the cake as part of your package deal, so I didnt have to worry about finding one. They had lots of different add-ons we could do. Our friends and family all talked about the ipad photo both that we added on. Food was delicous! The banquet staff was amazing! Shout out to Olivia and Emily they were rockstars!! They would answer all my questions, checked in with me on the wedding day several times and helped make sure everything ran smoothly. What I loved about the venue is they only host 1 wedding for each day so you don't have to worry about another wedding happening earlier or later. They had beautiful spots picked out to take photos and gave a map as well to help the photographer. Overall beautiful place to get married!

We recently had our wedding reception at The Oak Brook manor and they were so great to work with! The staff was very professional and very organized, no detail was spared! Monica really made sure our dreams came true and made our day special! The food was excellent, all our guests loved it. This venue team was so easy to work with, they are highly experienced and also worked great with our other vendors throughout the night. I couldn’t be happier with how our day went, I would highly recommend them! PS- the bridal suite is also AMAZING for photos! The venue itself has plenty of photo ops but the bridal suite is chef’s kiss!

It felt like a dream come true when we found this hidden gem of a venue that feels like you’ve transported into Europe the second you pull through the gate. We loved our experience! We added the black and white dance floor, indoor bistro lights, and chandelier floral which really complimented the ballroom so well. Our florist and photographer also rocked!!!

Salt Creek Golf Club was an absolutely wonderful wedding venue. From the very beginning, the staff was amazing—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt supported throughout the entire process. The food was delicious and received so many compliments from our guests. Everything was prepared perfectly and served seamlessly. The venue itself is beautiful and well maintained, creating a perfect backdrop for a wedding day. Overall, everything was great, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Salt Creek Golf Club to anyone looking for an outstanding wedding venue with exceptional staff and service.

The odyssey was just an amazing opportunity and experience to have a wedding at. Everyone was very attentive and good at what they do. 10 out of 10, would do again. Just loved every minute of that day and night. They all did a wonderful job at making our wedding a dream come true.

Beautiful space for a wedding! I highly recommend the Elgin Country Club for a wedding. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception there and could not have been more pleased. The club was recently remodeled and is beautiful. The special events planner and staff are top notch, accommodating and have a keen attention to detail. They removed a lot of stress by running with our ideas. We used their recommended vendors for the cake and DJ. The food was phenomenal and they worked with us to customize some of the food choices. We utilized the locker room space to get ready and spend time with our wedding party. 10/10!

We had our wedding here in September. From the initial planning stages all the way through to the wedding date, Roisin and team were phenomenal to work with!!! I felt supported at every stage and they truly made the experience wonderful. The venue is beautiful and the service was top notch. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much!!
