Vania listened intently to each of us, then checked out our beauty inspo to create exactly what we wanted -- and being pampered that morning was such a happy & positive experience to begin the day! She even stayed with us until ceremony time to do touch ups and send my daughter down the aisle. So thankful she was such an important part of our wedding team!

Kim and her team were the absolute best hire of our wedding planning process. Her team is excellent, but Kim goes above and beyond. She was the unsung hero of our wedding day. She made sure everyone looked beautiful, that we were ready on time, and she assisted with everything throughout the day. She made sure all of our photos were beautiful, and that we stuck to the timeline of the day. I tell all of my friends they have to hire Kim.

My hair and makeup was perfect, down to every detail. My bridesmaids and Mother in Law were treated just as special as I was and everyone was raving about how beautiful they felt. I used Kim and her team for both same day wedding coordination and makeup for my bridesmaids and myself. I could not recommend her enough, she pulled together my vision better than I could have imagined! Everything on my wedding day went extremely smooth and I did not have to worry about a thing. Kim has been an expert in the wedding industry for years and her mastery shows through every detail. I don't know how anyone gets married without a team like hers!

I have to confess that the very first person I reached out to when we had our wedding date set was my dream beauty artist (and truly so much more than that!!), Kim Wadsworth - and I am here to tell you she made our wedding day so much more enchanting and perfect than I could have ever even hoped for! Kim is quite honestly the most lovely lady you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting and she brings her incredible talent, extensive experience, astute and keen eye, her warm heart and her kindness to every single interaction and leaves you feeling seen, heard and just absolutely glowing. After seeing her and her team at work at two different weddings I was in, I had the joy of being in Kim's chair three times as her bride (engagement, bridal session and wedding day!) and would gladly wish that wonderful experience to any bride-to-be! She perfectly captured the look I was going for and helped me narrow down my thoughts about beauty. Kim also thoughtfully considered the whole day and brought some amazing suggestions to the planning sessions (one specific example was how to evolve my hair throughout the evening, since I had a strapless simple sweetheart dress and wanted a low bun but didn't have a specific hairpiece in mind, but once my veil and lace jacket came off after the ceremony I was concerned that maybe I'd want something in my hair, so Kim suggested she add orchids into my hair after the ceremony and I LOVED that idea!!). On the actual wedding day, Kim was just a total God-send. She is the best of the best and she brings a team that is likewise so talented. Kim and her team do a beautiful job on all faces (from my 8 year old niece getting special 'flower girl sparkle' to my 90 year old grandmother) and every lady felt so beautiful and confident! Kim also goes above and beyond to do more than just your make up (like how she helped me get my buttons on the lace jacket mostly buttoned for efficiency's sake (those things are NOT easy!) and helped show my mom how to do so, too!). She also works tirelessly the WHOLE day! One thing I highly recommend is to see if Kim can stay with you until you walk down the aisle, because she was able to do so for our wedding (meaning she drove from our getting ready venue to our bridal party photo venue then to our church!!) and kept an eye on photos as they were happening and would step in to adjust my hair, dress, etc. to ensure everything looked as we had planned together and she knew I dreamed of. She also touched up the ladies right before we walked down the aisle and went above & beyond to lovingly tweak & adjust my hair, veil, etc. during family formals, as well. Kim was quick and easy to communicate with and incredibly organized (she is known in the wedding world for her impressive & thorough yet simple-to-understand beauty schedules posted up for bridesmaids, vendors, etc. to refer to throughout the day!). I should also say.. I later learned that BridesMade had been contracted for four weddings the day of our wedding, meaning she was overseeing 4 teams the day of our wedding. Number one, I'd never have known because she gives her brides 110% of her focus. Number two, she is so selective with whom she works with that, though I was blessed to have Kim in person due to booking with her team first, I have seen & heard that her teams executed equally perfect days for their brides at the other locations, meaning anyone associated with Bridesmade is top-knotch. I can't recommend Kim nor her team highly enough!

Kim and her team did a phenomenal job getting everyone ready and looking great! Kim made a great schedule that worked so well-we had time to spare to take some getting ready photos and enjoying the moment together before heading down for the ceremony. She knows what she is doing and will ensure you look fabulous on your wedding day. She went above and beyond by making a hair piece for me and doing my makeup for the rehearsal dinner the evening prior. I highly recommend!

Kim and her team are not only professional but they go beyond to make sure your day is absolutely magical. Kim’s calming spirit and magic touch had all of us laughing and glowing. Because of Kim’s wide range of experiences, she is able to assist the bride and her wedding party with planning, photographs or simply touching up the makeup after first looks. I honestly can’t imagine using anyone else. She was involved with both my daughter’s wedding and I can honestly say, I feel as if she’s part of the family. She set the tone for the entire wedding! She’s the best!

Kim and the entire BridesMade team are absolutely terrific. Kim made me feel like the most special bride and is present in the moment with everyone she encounters. She is beloved in the industry and is a seasoned pro. She did my sisters makeup and coordinated all makeup and hair services five years ago and I knew I had to have her again for my wedding. My skin looked flawless my lashes were on point. Eyes lips everything! Same for my mom and my maids. Plus—My makeup trial was so fun and relaxing as was getting ready that day. I can be anxious and picky and Kim listened to my every want and need and is truly the most graceful and fun person and vendor we had. I also highly recommend, even if you have a planner, signing Kim on to do day of beauty coordination. She was there to help me put my dress on and in the limo to do touch ups on all my girls. Truly above and beyond and a stable presence amongst the wedding day jitters. Love her. Love you Kim!!!!

So many things to say about Kim Wadsworth and her team. Through this challenging time that we are currently in with COVID-19, Kim has been so understanding and willing to adapt to any of my new wedding changes- and I changed my wedding date more than average bride! While my last change was a quick turnaround, Kim did everything in her power to get myself and 11 other girls makeup and hair scheduled for my big day! She even made it happen to get my trial hair and makeup done which I was totally not expecting since we only had 2 weeks till the big day! Kim is so intentional, truly cares and makes you feel so beautiful- and it's not just the makeup that is accomplishing that. I've had makeup professionally done in the past, but this by far was the best experience I've had. I told Kim my vision, and she literally did exactly what I had always dreamt of for my wedding day. I will 100% be using her in the future for any photoshoots or simply just if I want to get my makeup done for a fun event! ALSO! I have not even mentioned about her professionalism with making sure all products were properly cleaned and took extra precautions during these COVID- 19 times. She took every measure to make me feel safe! I cannot say thank you enough to her and her team for what they pulled off for my intimate beach wedding!

Within the last few years, both of my daughters got married. Kim worked her magic at both weddings. She traveled to The Greenbrier in WV and took care of my daughter and bridal party of 7. Timing was perfect and the results were flawless! The next wedding was in the Bahamas and, once again, Kim took excellent care of the bride and made the bridal party beautiful! She cares about her clients and treats them like family! We were lucky to have her as part of our special occasions!
