Kim did a great job taking care of all the tasks that I didn't want myself or wedding party to have to do, especially since I was totally over the whole wedding planning process. Very much recommend her to anyone getting married in Lake Geneva/Delavan as she grew up and lives in the area. So glad we hired her as our day-of coordinator!

Without a doubt I would use Kim. It's one less thing to stress about on such a special day. Kim not only helped the bride and groom but the entire family both with planning and ideas. The day of the event we didn't have to think about things as Kim had all the tasks well in hand! Great experience!

We made the best decision when we hired Kim Luettgen to be our day-of coordinator on our wedding. She helped us before the day with all the details to coordinate with the venue, she helped us coordinate everything with the church, she helped coordinate with our DJ -- you name it and she helped make it happen. The best example is our priest RSVP'ing for the reception 5 minutes after the ceremony and before I could ask for help, Kim says "I'll handle it!" In addition, Kim has created a wedding planner program that I strongly recommend that couples take advantage of, that her and her husband have created to help make the wedding planning process less stressful and more organized. Her easy going attitude and attention to detail is strongly noted, as it created a sense of relief to both of us with each meeting. Kim’s caring embrace and demeanor along with her amazing sense of humor made each day eventful and successful.
