Based in Oneonta, New York, Kickstand Photography is owned and operated by Brent DeLanoy. A professional photographer for over 20 years, Brent has spent nearly a decade of that time honing his expertise in wedding photography. Services Offered
Kickstand Photography has been the recipient of awards and recognition. Whether it's climbing a mountain for an engagement shoot or creating a still-life of wedding rings, Brent enjoys tying disciplines together. By getting to know the couples he works with, Brent can display their love through photography. There is always at least one meeting prior to the event, and the final product is edited to stand the test of time. Customization is possible, whether that's for Victorian wedding and images processed as daguerreotypes or an adventurous wedding showcase. All wedding clients receive a password-protected gallery, and photos can be downloaded directly. Once all processing is complete, clients will receive a USB Drive with their photographs, including print and web-ready files.

Originally born in New Mexico, I've now lived in central New York for 15 years. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from NMSU and for about 10 years I was a college English professor. After that, I served as the company photographer for Golden Artist Colors, manufacturers of artist quality paints and materials.
Now that I've made the decision to pursue photography full-time, you'll usually find me scouting new landscape photography locations during the week with my dogs. On the weekends, I'm probably shooting a wedding, or camping with my family. Thanks so much for reading!
