There are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe Katie. Katie is such a helpful person in all areas of life but when it comes to wedding planning I would not trust anyone else. I was really going back and forth on investing in a wedding planner and was unsure if it would be beneficial simply because I am a person who is afraid to give up control. After my initial meeting with Katie, over facetime I might add, her personality and knowledge flowed through the camera that I instantly felt like I could trust this person and we were miles apart! She just has a persona about her that I love; it makes emailing her and talking on the phone with her easy. She is like one of my new girlfriends, I love getting an email from her even if it is a to-do list. Besides how she is as a person she is an amazing worker. I have never once felt forgotten or that she was not giving me her all. She makes sure that I am taking care of the stuff I need to take care of and her knowledge on weddings makes me feel confident when I do make a big decision because it is Katie approved. She does her research on vendors, adheres to my budget to the best of her ability and you can tell she is just concerned about us having the best day of our lives. I believe the most valuable part of working with Katie is the peace of mind that has come through the entire wedding planning process. I know she has my best interests in mind, and she made sure all my vendors showed on the day, kept everything in order, and just was the organization that I craved. She has made the planning fun, chill, and enjoyable, and not crazy stressful like I was before I hired her. She is amazing!

Katie was amazing to work with! She truly made the wedding planning process easy on us, which says a lot. We were planning a wedding in a state two time zones away, and Katie made the process of finding vendors and selecting the right one for our dream wedding easy and fun! A lot of the stress was taken out of the process and that would not have been the case if we did not hire Katie. She was very responsive and followed up on every request we had to ensure that our day ran smoothly and turned out exactly how we wanted. Would definitely recommend. Katie especially knocked it out of the park with contacting vendors the week before our wedding to ensure all timelines were set and everything was set up on the time required. We did not have to worry about a thing day of the wedding, which speaks volumes to our wedding planner.

Katie is simply the best!! Over the course of our 18 months of planning, Katie was not only our coordinator, but became our friend and go-to person for any wedding questions. We didn’t need a full wedding planner, but also wanted a bit more than just a day-of coordinator. Katie created a package just for us to fit what we needed. I consider myself a very type A, detailed person and had very high expectations of my coordinator… Katie surpassed all my expectations. She answered my questions day or night, she set up the venue perfectly, she managed the whole day so I didn’t have a worry. I cannot recommend Katie enough for your wedding coordinator. She’s amazing!!

Katie was awesome to work with as my partial planner for my October 2022 wedding. We were able to connect virtually - I'm in Chicago, she's in Minneapolis, and the wedding was in Iowa - and had no issues not being in the same location. Katie did the best job of all the planners I interviewed of outlining how often we could connect, how she could help me secure vendors, and what she'd do the day of. I am pretty type A so I wasn't even sure I wanted a planner beyond the day of, but Katie was great to bounce questions and ideas off of, and most importantly to keep me on track with the little details the couple of months leading up to the big day. I would recommend Katie (now Katie & Co.! :)) to anyone!

Katie was amazing since the first time that we met with her! Ashley and I met with her for the first time a little under a year out from our wedding. She was clear and communicative of her role, responsibilities, pricing, her availability for questions/help through the year, and she was extremely personable, friendly, and calming. Throughout the year she would help with any sort of odd questions from a typical timeline of events in the day to questions about marriage license/certificate. She provided an amazing timeline and detailed day-of-wedding guide for us that we references many times, which was a huge stress relief for us. She also communicates and works with all of the vendors to ensure everyone is on the same timeline! On the day of the wedding she arrived on time, checked in with both of us, and then worked all day to help make our dream day a reality. Special shout out to saving the groomsmen day with putting on all of our boutonnieres! She silently put out fires throughout the day which meant we could relax and enjoy our big day! She is an effective communicator shown through working with our family, friends, and vendors throughout the day to make sure all the events of the day flowed smoothly! The day was truly perfect and she had a huge part in that! We couldnt recommend her enough for anyone getting married!

Katie is truly a dream to have on your team! People always say wedding planning is so stressful - well, that's not the case when you have Katie! From keeping our planning meetings fun, organized, and super helpful, to providing such a loving and energetic atmosphere every time she entered a space (both virtually and in person), you couldn't ask for a better person to brighten your mood! Katie's services truly do come with a smile! If you're on the fence about booking one of Katie's services.. just DO IT. You won't regret it!!

I hired Katie for her day of coordination services and she was amazing! She want above and beyond, exceeding all expectation! A coordinator was not originally on my "must haves" for the wedding, but having now been through it all with Katie this would be at the top of my list to have for the wedding. Even with the day of coordination services, Katie starts working with you the moment you hire her to make sure that you have everything you need, are not feeling too overwhelmed, and can answer any questions you might have. About a month or two before the wedding she then makes sure she know EVERYTHING about your wedding, from vendor arrival times, to table decoration. She know all the questions to ask to make sure she knows all your details; and to make sure that you are also thinking about all the details! She even takes part in your rehearsal which was a ton of help since we had a family mumber as the officiant who has not officiated any other weddings before. Katie was able to coral the troops, make sure everyone knew what was going on and where they needed to be. And she was also able to help answer some of the officiants questions about the best way to run the show so that everything went off without a hitch in the ceremony on the wedding day. But best of all, she makes sure you are able to relax and enjoy your wedding day! Katie took care of greeting all the vendors (florist, quartet, rentals, etc.) and making sure they knew what was needed of them and what to expect for the wedding. There were a number of vendors I never even interacted with because Katie took care of it all. Katie also handled all the decoration, from setting up the ceremony space, the centerpieces, table settings, etc. I did not have to lift a finger. All I had to do was show up and enjoy! And it was perfect!

We hired Katie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in August 2022 and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about her! Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything wedding, but she is so sweet and knows exactly how to calm your nerves or answer your questions in a way that takes away all stress you have. There is also something to be said about a coordinator who really feels like your best friend, cheerleader, and emotional support on your day while getting the job done flawlessly. My only regret is we didn’t get to spend more time with her as she was busting her butt behind the scenes! Katie was quick with emails, reached out multiple times in the whole year leading up to the day, and always had the best attitude. Our wedding day was as smooth as possible thanks to Katie! So, so thankful for this lady!

Katie was kind, upbeat, and enormously patient throughout the entire process. She kept us very organized: the structure she provided for managing our timeline and vendors in particular helped everybody stay on the same page despite many moving pieces.

I am most appreciative of Katie's ability to stay cheerful - and keep me smiling - in the moments where stress and heightened emotions threatened my sanity. She was incredibly diplomatic and handled all of the ups and downs with calm, competence, and grace. I don't think there's an obstacle she couldn't magic away! One of my favorite moments from the whole wedding was seeing her face right before our guests started arriving: all of my anxieties about set up and the venue and the timeline melted away when I saw her smile and knew how on top of things she was. I would definitely contact Katie again for a big event!

It is hard to find the right words to say how great Katie is. The first call I had with her I knew immediately that should was our wedding coordinator. She is so open, welcoming, and truly invested in what you wish for your wedding day to be. She also cares about you as a person and couple! Having Katie as a part of your wedding journey goes beyond the wedding day, and I love that I get to follow her on social media to see how she grows and makes other couple's weddings perfect.
Any time I had a look of panic on my face, she knew it and checked in with me. Even though I had no idea why I was feeling what I was feeling! She also memorized one of my favorite reels she did, and the nausea I had before going down the aisle immediately disappeared :)
Something I think speaks volumes to Katie is more than what I say. Every single person who interacted with her LOVED her. My bridesmaids, my mom, and the vendors. Everyone commented on how great she is and vendors even said they will be recommending her to others. THAT is the best compliment EVER.
