We worked with Hailey and Essen for our September wedding and cannot recommend them enough! Hailey's creativity when it came to florals and decor resulted in a wedding that was more beautiful than we could have imagined! We were indecisive about colors and Hailey was not only patient but also enthusiastic when we would come to her with a new idea. She was also amazingly organized and communicative on the coordination side. Essen was an absolute dream to work with. I had hoped to find a vendor that could handle both florals and day-of coordination, and I’m SO glad I discovered Essen. Hailey was a steady, creative, and supportive presence throughout our entire planning process. She noticed the little details that mattered to us and never seemed to forget a single thing I said. She brought my floral vision to life—and then some. The flowers and tables were stunning; our friends were taking pictures with our ceremony arches all through cocktail hour!
And then there was our day-of coordinator, Melya. From the moment I met her, I knew she was the best of the best. Her calm, cheerful energy and clear expertise allowed me, a former event planner, to fully immerse myself in the moment and soak in the magic. I’ve literally never been to a wedding where everything ran on time—until my own. I still don’t know how she did it.
We truly couldn’t have pulled off such a perfect weekend without them. Essen made everything feel effortless, beautiful, and deeply personal. I’ll be stalking their Instagram forever and recommending them to everyone I know!

The sign of a good wedding planner is that things appear to go smoothly despite any minor hiccups. The sign of a great one is the adaptability to make things go smoothly when faced with obvious challenging circumstances. Essen is great by definition. They gracefully stepped in to manage some unexpected challenges with our venue as well as abnormally hot weather and high wind conditions for our daughter’s outdoor wedding ceremony. The guests were thankful that they were kept indoors until the last minute and just as the weather started to cooperate. I am sure there were other last minute pivots that happened which we don’t even know about. Thanks to Hailey and Nicole everything worked out perfectly.

We hired Essen for floral and partial planning package, and it was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Hailey was essential in helping bring the vision and design of the day to life, and her florals were JAW-DROPPING. She helped connect us to other great vendors as well. Melya was our day of coordinator and had the perfect laid-back but completely in-control vibe, my whole family was impressed and the day went even more smoothly than we expected. Nothing but gratitude for the whole Essen team, our wedding was the best day of our lives!

Hailey and her team at Essen Events were critical in the success of our big day. She helped us leading up to the day, and she was integral in keeping the wedding on track the day of. She helped us to have an opportunity to relax and take in the day, which I really don’t think we would have gotten without her there.

I could write a novel on how much I LOVE Essen Events and how incredible our experience was working with them for our big day. We use Essen for florals + day-of coordination and WOW - from start to finish, working with this special team was top notch. Hailey is responsive, thorough, very detail-oriented, and a delight to work with...not to mention insanely talented!! I gave her some very loose "vibe" photos of what I was thinking for our flowers and she totally ran with it and she far exceeded any and all expectations. The florals were an absolute dream come true and the vision I didn't even know I had - she NAILED IT!

Our day-of coordinators Nicole and Jackie were so key to our day (and month leading up to the day) running so seamlessly. If you are thinking of getting a day-of coordinator...DO IT. You will not regret it. Worth every single penny - these ladies are super stars and the day could not have run more smoothly. Everything was on schedule and every detail was covered and we got to FULLY enjoy it without stressing about the timeline. I would recommend Essen Events over and over again! Thank you all SO much!!

I cannot recommend Hailey and her team enough. I truly felt like I could be completely hands off the day of and focus on enjoying my time with friends and family. The decor was set up beautifully and Hailey was so accommodating with all the decor our family DIY’ed. Her communication with vendors was flawless and professional. She thought of things I never would have and truly allowed me to approach the day stress free. The best advice I was given prior to wedding planning was to get a ‘Day of Coordinator’. The best advice I can give is to hire Essen Events.
