Kathy did the cake for our daughter's wedding and it was EXACTLY what our daughter had said she wanted and looked just like the wonderful sketch she had made the night we tasted her different flavors. Everything about the cake, it's presentation, set-up, serving was absolutely perfect and equally importantly, it tasted great! I'm so glad we chose Kathy to make the cake and also just as pleased that Ron and their son took the pictures and made a lovely short video of the wedding. Beautiful and delicious cake!! We met with Kathy months before the wedding for a tasting. She hand drew what I described/envisioned my cake to look like. She even used color pencils to give me a clear idea of what it would look like and that we were on the same page. Our cake turned out exactly how we wanted! Everyone is still talking about how delicious our cake was and how beautiful it was. I am so thankful that Kathy did our cake!

We recently had a wedding in Emerald Isle, and the guest have yet to quit raving about the cupcakes provided by Kathy Canby. The display was as beautiful as the cakes were delicious! We would highly recommend Kathy's services to anyone!!!

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy. Kathy, not only made amazingly good cake/cupcakes for my wedding, she was great to work with. I live out of the area, so I couldn't do a tasting with her. No problem, she mailed me samples! When we finally met, she had great design suggestions and came up with three unique designs for the three different cupcake flavors I selected. She delivered on time the day of the wedding and all my dealings with her went very smoothly. She delivered exactly what we had discussed. And the cake really tasted amazing. It was left out on the counter for two days after the wedding, and it was just as good two days after as the night of the wedding.

I have never tasted a cake that was this good before, it was amazing and I could have been happier. People are still talking about how amazing my wedding cake was! Thank you for everything Kathy it couldn't have been any better. I am from out of town and she worked with me on everything. I highly recommend for any occasion!

Wonderful! She met my maid of honor when we were coming to town to get samples to us (very last minute notice), since she was busy the day I was coming. Her parents met me to get me cupcakes for reception. They delivered the cake day of, and picked up stands and such she had let me borrow the day after. Cake and cupcakes were amazing! I still have people talking about how wonderful it was! Kathy is wonderful and her cakes are amazing!

Kathy is the absolute best!!! Someone pulled out in front of her when she was on her way to deliver my cake...she had to slam on the brakes to avoid being in a wreck, needless to say my cake was ruined. She went back home and put a whole NEW cake together, decorated it, and had it to my reception 15 minutes after we were scheduled to cut it. The cake looked exactly as we had planned it to and NOBODY knew the difference. It tasted wonderful, just as her samples did...my husband and I had wedding cake for breakfast the next day!!! We have since ordered a birthday cake for my mother with raspberry filling that she absolutely loved. Kathy is very professional and takes the time to figure out exactly what you want. She drew our cake freehand at our consultation and we were blown away. Her pricing is very reasonable and the taste is awesome! We will definitely be using her in the future...

The most beautiful cake I have ever seen, exactly what I imagined. Very reasonably priced and the cake was delicious.

More than pleased with Kathy Candy! The cake was amazing. She went out of her way to help me have the cake I imagined. On my wedding day as they were setting up the cake her husband took pictures of me and our venue and made a really sweet video for my husband and I as a gift. It was very touching. All the guests said the cake tasted delicious and it look absolutely amazing.
