Alexis is a fantastic wedding planner and made us feel taken care of every step of the way. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors and had wonderful suggestions that fit our needs for vendors we hadn't chosen yet. Having her on the vendor calls and vendor meets to ask the questions we wouldn't think about was so valuable. If we were to do it again, the first thing we'd do after getting engaged is start talking to Karis Concepts and get them in the process as soon as possible! The weekly check ins were also extremely helpful. She was always there to make sure we were staying on top of our checklist so the wedding day would go as smoothly as possible; and it did! It was an absolutely perfect day. The day of we didn't have to lift a finger and if there was a situation that needed action Alexis handled it behind the scenes and left us to enjoy our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better planner to spend our wedding season with!

Alexis and her team are the people to beat in this industry (although I don’t think that’s possible to do). From the very beginnings of the planning to the last hour, she will make sure the stress is off of you. The wedding industry is a hard one to be in with many personalities to navigate. I was a bride who wanted to be very involved in the wedding planning process (which is rare) and Alexis guided me every step of the way. From suggesting amazing vendors to keeping me on track with tasks to making sure I had every detail checked off for the day of.
On the day of your wedding you won’t feel the need to worry one bit because you know her team has you. Alexis has a back up plan for any and every scenario and she will make sure, no matter what happens, she has your back and has a solution without you even knowing something went different as planned. She is so connected in the Dallas and Austin area you basically don’t even need to look for vendors because they’re at your fingertips if you work with Karis Concepts. Alexis was technically our month-of-coordinator, but she did so much more than that and was an amazing resource and soundboard starting from our first intro call... Alexis is so organized, thorough, and flexible. She is very communicative (text, email, regular calls, etc.) and had amazing suggestions throughout the process in terms of timeline, vendors, and small but meaningful ways we can make our wedding more personalized and more "us".
Our wedding turned out so perfect. It was truly the most fun day ever and beyond our wildest dreams. Alexis was SO on her A game (as per usual) and made sure everything went off without a hitch.
