I cannot stress how amazing my experience was with Kara! She goes above and beyond on everything! Her website is super user friendly and she asks all the right questions before your event to ensure you get everything you need from your photo shoot! Her pictures speak for themselves but I want to highlight how detailed she is in providing the best customer service. She sent sneak peak wedding photos to both my husband and I's parents and even cute thank you notes after each shoot. She doesn't miss a beat on the little things and I look forward to using her in the future for any of photography needs!

I can't begin to express my gratitude as a bride for Kara and her team. There were a few hiccups in our day, and Kara was our rock through it all! Her positive attitude shined through the entire day. She made sure we stuck to our agreed upon schedule while giving me the space to make changes as needed. She was in my corner ALL day making me feel like a million bucks. Kara is an unbelievably talented photographer - her pictures won't disappoint! She is the most organized person you will ever meet, and because of that she made wedding planning so much less stressful. She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable when photographing you. I found Kara about two years ago, and since then, she photographed our engagement shoot, a boudoir session (gift to my husband), wedding, maternity, and our daughters first birthday pictures. Just when I thought she couldn't get any better, she does EVERY TIME. I highly recommend and would trust Kara for your special day!

Where do I start to review Kara and her team?! We had originally booked another photographer out of excitement of being engaged, but we quickly realized, it was not the best decision. Working with Kara was a night and day difference from our previous vendor. Thoughtful, kind, responsive, knowledgeable, organized, timely, and the list could go on! She has the most calming presence about her, which comes in handy planning a wedding.

We got our engagement, wedding pictures, and videography through Kara. All the above were absolutely STUNNING and we feel so blessed to have the beautiful memories to look back on our day. Not that it is about this, but we continuously get compliments on our pictures and videos. My mother in law "could not believe how perfectly she captured who you two are". We couldn't agree more.

The day of we were running behind schedule, Kara didn't flinch once. She remand calm, cool, and collected and never once made me anxious that we wouldn't get all the pictures we wanted. They DELIVERED.

Kara Evans Photography was the absolute best to work with for my destination wedding. I am so very blessed they were willing to travel a great distance to Jamaica to to do our photos and videography. Kara and Kyle both went out of their way to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Not only is she one of the best photographers around, but she also made sure the day went smooth and helped all the way around! We used Kara and Kyle for both photography & videography. They are so professional and kind! Kara went above and beyond to help us put together our timeline and get every photo we could have wanted. We had a big wedding group + it ended up raining on our wedding day, which could have made things chaotic, but Kara had a backup plan and managed everything and everyone so well (I mean look at these photos - can you even tell it was dark & raining?!). She’s great at giving directions and making you feel comfortable and beautiful. We have so many great photos from our wedding that we had a hard time deciding which to print!! Can’t recommend her enough!

We hired Kara for our wedding photography, and could not be happier with our decision! Her packages include engagement photos, and those were the perfect opportunity to get to know Kara & her style, as she made us feel very comfortable and the pictures turned out amazing. My husband & I were a little nervous about poses and what to be doing, Kara guided us through it all and they turned out amazing! From that experience alone we knew Kara would be fantastic on our wedding day, and we were right!

Kara was communicative, organized, detail oriented, and fun to work with! We stayed on schedule all day for all the pictures I wanted, her questionnaire ahead of time made sure she was aware of all the little details I wanted to share so she could be sure to capture them. Additionally, we did extended family photos in the church after our ceremony and I got so many compliments about how smoothly that process ran, as we had a tight time frame and we still got every picture I wanted with time to spare. The pictures turned out absolutely beautiful, and I am so thankful we went with Kara for our big day!

Kara is amazing! She is incredibly organized, responsive, and so fun to work with. My now husband and I can't thank her, and Kyle, enough! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing photographer!!

Where do I start? First, our wedding planning took place during a pandemic, and yet Kara was always there as one of our biggest cheerleaders. She has one of the sweetest souls I've ever met, and exactly who you want to be surrounded by while planning, and celebrating! I felt so comfortable, and loved having both our engagement and wedding sessions with her! Kara is so organized, and that made planning fun and so much less stressful for us! She is there every step of the way to help while planning. Kara and her husband are in so many of our favorite memories from our wedding day. We are forever grateful that she captured our day, and did so beautifully. I can't wait to work with her again!

When you are planning a wedding without a coordinator or professional planner, there are obviously a ton of deadlines and emails flying around. Kara's correspondence was always so helpful, informative, and fun to receive. She kept us on track with what we needed to do, when. We also had Facetime calls, so we immediately felt comfortable shooting with her even though we had never been able to technically meet in person prior. On top of her professionalism and amazing personality, her work is outstanding. I wanted to print out every single photo she took because they were so beautiful!! On our wedding day, her husband, Kyle, shot video for us and we could not have been happier with the final result. I could go on forever about all the little touches Kara adds to the wedding experience, but the main point is that you should hire her :) You won't regret it.
