Kaitlin was the officiant for our wedding a few weeks ago, and she did a wonderful job! We first started emailing with Kaitlin about our ceremony script during the summer of 2024. Throughout the process Kaitlin provided great feedback and helped us along the way, as we composed our ceremony script, and wrote our personal vows. Kaitlin attended our rehearsal the day before our wedding, and even though it was our first time meeting her in person, we felt like we were meeting up with an old friend! She is also very knowledgeable about the steps for the marriage license process in Boulder County. If you are looking for an officiant for your wedding, we highly recommend Kaitlin :)

If I could give Kaitlin 10 stars, I would. I am disabled and it was incredibly important to me to find a planner who could roll with the punches and treat me with compassion. I also have project management experience and was serious about finding someone with superb organizational skills. I interviewed 7 before hiring Kaitlin! Kaitlin is not just your planner - she is your advocate, cheerleader and designer. She took on all decor with zero input from us and our wedding was absolutely beautiful. She also served as our officiant and guests didn't stop complimenting us on the ceremony! Kaitlin will handle whatever unconventional requests you have - a videographer who lets you do the editing? Done. A chronic-illness friendly caterer who works around your disability flares? Taken care of. No detail is ever forgotten - all i's dotted and t's crossed. Most of all, she handles everything with the demeanor of a friend and confidant. I was a guest at my own wedding - thanks to her and Saylor (who is also absolutely amazing in every way!) I couldn’t have done it without Kaitlin. Hands down, she carried the day to perfection. We planned a destination micro wedding in RMNP, CO with an intimate reception afterwards. Kaitlin worked with me for nearly 8 months to plan, organize, and perfect the day. She officiated us in a beautifully written ceremony, decorated the reception space, and coordinated the whole event. There were so many little emergencies that popped up - us desperately needing coffee morning of because the coffee machine broke, forgetting our emergency bag, a dress ripping - Kaitlin handled everything with flawless ease. She also has quite the artistic eye & did such a beautiful job decorating! Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I got engaged in 2019 with the initial wedding set in May 2020....well the pandemic came and made me shuffle things around. I found KSW after my other planner couldn't do my new date. During my first meeting with Kaitlin and my lead planner, Sailor, I was immediately impressed. They put my anxieties of having a wedding during covid to ease and were enthusiastic to work with me.
I chose to hire them because I knew I would be getting individualized planning and KSW was upfront about being available to me throughout the process. There was no limit on how many times we could talk or meet. They helped me complete my planning and helped me reinvigorate my design scheme. Sailor handled everything for me with moving vendors around and was in my meetings with all my vendors. I felt so supported. I loved collaborating with Sailor and she brought so many great ideas to the table but kept my budget in mind the whole time.

Kaitlin is the BEST! Even my husband, who was initially reluctant to hire a planner and wasn’t sure about the value kept raving throughout the planning process about how it was by far the best investment we’d made! From our first meeting, Kaitlin was so kind and easy to relate to. We had calls almost monthly throughout the planning process and she was always there to calm me down when I was stressed about the tiniest things, had a new idea, or just needed to bounce something off of her. We felt so taken care of by Kaitlin throughout the process and she’s super well connected in the industry. She had so many amazing recommendations for everything from catering to desserts to videography. She took the extra time to attend meetings with us and always captured the smallest changes and details from each conversation. We were able to relax and enjoy our big day because Kaitlin seriously took care of everything. The entire KS weddings team was so fun and kind to work with. We talked to 3 different planning companies before deciding on Kaitlin as she was the standout that seemed to really care about us as a couple and was so easy to relate to. When you spend so much time during such a pivotal time in your life with someone - you really want to like them and enjoy the time together! Thank you so much for everything Kaitlin - every step of the way, she truly went above and beyond and we were able to have the wedding of our dreams because of Kaitlin!

KAITLIN!! I cannot express how much we owe her and her team (Saylor and Sarah) for our wedding running smoothly. We had so much going on through the 2 years we were planning it and when it happened, I was able to trust them and let them run the wedding smoothly! Kaitlin has been so helpful and professional and super sweet through the whole process. Sarah and Saylor were champs when dealing with our large wedding party and family. They even went above and beyond to contact our hotel when they failed to do provide our shuttle (DoubleTree Westminster-don't use them). The hotel never provided but they did their best and it's not something we can control. Our family thought they were great and If we had to do it all over again, we'd pick Kaitlin and her team 10000%!

OMG I can’t tell you how much Kaitlin and team helped me! I planned the wedding myself but got very overwhelmed and stressed two weeks before the big day. I started calling different planners and Kaitlin was recommended by two different people that were already booked. Kaitlin responded to me that day, we jumped on a call and I hired her that day. I sent over all my contracts and vendors and she worked her magic with the final timeline, communication and execution. Jon who was new to the team ran our day of and we couldn’t have been happier! Still to this day I don’t know of any issues or fires that came up. He met us for the rehearsal, picked up my cake the day of and even dropped off my personal items to our hotel after the wedding. Kaitlin offered a custom price based on my need at the time and didn’t ask for payment until a week after the wedding. Jon did an amazing job with set up and decor and was a wonderful calming presence to have. I can’t thank them enough! Pictures to show all the decor set up Jon did an amazing job on.

I have put off writing a review for these wonderful ladies until I had the time to find the right words. Kaitlin and Saylor are 2 of the most wonderful women I have ever met, and I'm so thankful wedding planning brought me to them. Not only were they professional, creative, and attentive, they were also very genuine, authentic, and loving people. They worked with me through having to reschedule/relocate my wedding due to COVID (location, vendors, all of the above), and did all of this while we were in 2 completely different states. They did so much behind the scenes before and during the wedding, and I trusted them whole heartedly that everything would run smoothly - and it did! They made our day more than perfect, and I will recommend them to anyone who wants all their wedding dreams fulfilled. I can't say thank you enough to these two, and I hope you choose to have them make your dreams come true too!

I found Kaitlin online and after meeting with multiple planners I felt immediately connected in the sense I knew I could rely on her the day of my wedding. I only wanted a day-of planner and I think getting the full service would be ideal if you can afford it as she is a great designer!!! Her personality is amazing and she was very well-organized. Even though we had a last minute storm she handled it all well and pulled together an indoor ceremony quickly. I do wish we would have discussed this plan as a just in case because I would have entered differently when walking down the aisle if I could go back. But she seriously held everything together when it was falling a part at times and I am so grateful for her expertise and help. Worth every penny.
