I LOVE MY RING!!!!!!! My fiance and I had been talking of getting married for over a year and half and we took careful research of who we wanted to have my ring be made by. Well, chain stores (Zales, Ben Bridge, Kay, etc) were out of the question as they only sought top dollar from you as they worked on commission. By the time we got to Joe Kassab's I knew I had something reliable as my parents have worked with them before on my mom's wedding ring and they were very happy with their service. So we took a chance with them and by the end of our first talk, we were thrilled! I had a design of a ring in mind, something I got from Pinterest (I know, cheesy, but hey I loved it!) and when I showed it to the gal we worked with (Melinda), she sketched it out on the paper to get a better understanding of it and drew it exactly how I had it pictured in my head! We also had a budget in mind and although my ring couldn't be exactly the way it was in the picture, she gave suggestions of what we could do with our budget in mind and how it could look better, but only if we agreed to it. We seemed pretty content with her suggestions, but told her we would think about it. Well, we came back to her several months later to talk more about the ring and Melinda was still patient with us! We liked the ring design she suggested and told her we were on the verge of getting engaged and we needed to talk. When we gave the ok to have the ring be made, she not only had the ring be molded, but it was done in 2 days! When I came to see it, it was EXACTLY the way I wanted it. After that, they had my ring finally made within a week! When I came back to see the final design, it was beyond gorgeous! I am sooooo thrilled with my ring and they have gone above and beyond with what I wanted. You CANNOT find a better jeweler than Joe Kassab! My warranty on my ring is awesome too, such as little diamonds feel out that they would be replaced and free polishing and repairs. Pure amazing in their service!

Best jewelry in town! I recently bought my wedding ring, they traded in my old rings, no problem. They made me the ring I wanted at that moment, beautiful, but I wanted another style at the end,went back without any problem, agreed to change the ring, the only thing they said was "we want you to be happy with your ring." and finally they did, they helped me choose a new one, very patient and helpful, the whole family who works in this jewelry are lovely! I highly recommend this jewelry but do not make make a mistake is the one in Clackamas TownCenter because unfortunately I can not say the same of the one in Washington Square, with a similar name.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. I found the most beautiful engagement ring here, and I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else. They worked with my fiance to make my dream ring affordable. We'll definitely be going back for wedding bands.

I don't think I will ever get sick of hearing how beautiful my ring is. Joe Kassab Jewelers worked with me to create something that was not only gorgeous, but also functional. I'm a flight attendant and hit my hand on just about everything. We created a sturdy ring that could endure just about anything, while still looking graceful. I will definitely be coming to them for all my jewelry needs!

They had the best selection of rings even though the store was the smallest. They are on the high end but the quality was wonderful. We chose them based on how unique the rings were.

I came in yesterday to purchase a tungsten ring for my wedding and the ring looked good and cost $150. But then I came home looked it up on amazon and saw that they go for $18.95. So today my fiancé went to the store to return the ring and they told her they only can do exchange and no refunds which they never mentioned when I was purchasing the ring it only said on the receipt. So now I'm stuck with a over priced ring. Thank you for reading my experience at this store and I hope you make the right decision and go elsewhere.
