We loved the photo booth itself and the quality of the photos at our August 2025 wedding, but unfortunately our post-wedding experience has been extremely disappointing and beyond frustrating. Months later and months of trying to get in contact with Kristen, we still have not received all of the items included in our package, including the photo booth album and audio guest book files. Communication after the wedding was inconsistent and often nonexistent, with repeated promises of delivery that were not kept. Issues and delays were never proactively communicated, and emails frequently went unanswered. While the day-of attendants were kind and professional, there were also surprises that were never disclosed in advance. Overall, the lack of follow-through, transparency, and accountability after payment has made this a frustrating experience, and I would urge future couples to proceed with caution. I was last promised the album on Tuesday or Wednesday of this past week, never received it, and radio silence from Kristen and no response to my follow-up email yet again. I was also promised a $150 refund if she could not locate the audio files, which I still have yet to receive.
