I cannot imagine my wedding day without the help of Jill. She was a god send and really helped make my day stress free. My bridesmaids have told me how they can't believe how relaxed and "in the moment" I was all day on our wedding day, and it is really all due to the confidence I had in Jill. From the first meeting with her, I knew she was extremely detail oriented and very concerned with getting everything 100% correct. Jill was on-top of everything the day-of and even went above and beyond at the end of the reception with the clean-up and storing of all of our items until we returned from our honeymoon (we left the day after the wedding). I would highly recommend Jill and if anyone is doubting whether they need a planner or coordinator, I couldn't stress more that you do! The day goes by so quickly, you don't want to spend even a minute dealing with your vendors that day (florist, caterer, etc.) or any of the mishaps (not matter how small) that WILL happen that day, not matter how much you plan in advance. I am so happy I found Jill and she helped us turn our wedding into an absolute dream!!

When the details matter, Jill will not disappoint. As an event catering manager, we work with many wonderful planners. Jill was a pleasure. Her attention to the client’s requests made reaching the client’s vision a breeze. She coordinated every detail and worked tirelessly to give her bride and groom the day they dreamed of.

Jill was perfect! She pushed us when we needed a push, and fought for us at all times. The weeks leading up to our wedding she was constantly checking in on us to make sure we were ok and took care of everything. The day of our wedding she was everywhere - checking on us, coordinating with the caterer, coordinating with the venue, coordinating with the dj. We really can't recommend Jill enough, and we're eternally grateful for all she did.

Jill demonstrated excellent coordination with our other wedding vendors and with the Frederick Douglas- Isaac Myers Maritime Museum. Jill handled all the moving parts of our wedding like a Cirque de Soleil performer! Smoothly, professionally competently juggling, balancing and coordinating all the moving parts of our daughter’s wedding. Her personal attention to all Megan’s artistic wedding details aided in the creation of an outstanding ceremony and reception! I highly recommend Jill Dudley!!

Jill did an unbelievable job of drawing Megan’s dream wedding out of her head and into reality. My (now) wife is super creative, but Jill made incredible suggestions to help her narrow in on her vision. Jill is incredibly dedicated to making your special day feel like it’s her’s too. She was always just a call away and sometimes would be on the phone with Megan before I even woke up. Jill went above and beyond to and I could not thank her enough for her persistence and attention to detail. I have know idea if anything went wrong on the wedding day because it seemed perfect to me.

If you are considering getting a planner, RUN don't walk to get in touch with Jill. I am SO glad that we decided to hire a planner and even more elated that we had the opportunity to work with Jill. She was there for me every step of the way with all the questions I had and the ones I didn't even know to ask. Jill is flexible, dedicated and thoughtful, always putting my husband and I at the forefront of decision making with every vendor and family member's input. Jill told me her goal was to know us well enough to be able to make the last minute decisions on wedding day without disrupting our fun and she did that seamlessly. Not only did she put my anxiety at ease, she made my entire family and getting ready support crew feel at ease as well because everyone knew Jill had it covered. As a control freak myself, Jill helped give me the peace of mind to enjoy the day we worked so hard for. She thought of EVERYTHING and truly felt like part of our family on the wedding day. In addition to being a logistical wizard, Jill was invaluably helpful in a creative capacity as well. We worked hard together to come up with a design that felt like "me" and she would not let me settle for "close enough". I can't imagine our wedding planning and process without Jill by our side and I will be singing her praises until my grandchildren get married.

Booking Jill for our wedding was the best thing we could have done! She had checklists for us, met with us several times, coordinated with vendors for us at the end, let us drop off all decor to her before to bring to the venue, and arrived at the venue right when we did to setup and get everything ready for the day! I was so relaxed on my wedding day, I got to eat my food, Jill had our caterer box up all of the extra cake to take home-we had the best day! Thanks Jill : ) -Alicia & Eric
