  I cannot imagine my wedding day without the help of Jill. She was a god send and really helped make my day stress free. My bridesmaids have told me how they can't believe how relaxed and "in the moment" I was all day on our wedding day, and it is really all due to the confidence I had in Jill. From the first meeting with her, I knew she was extremely detail oriented and very concerned with getting everything 100% correct. Jill was on-top of everything the day-of and even went above and beyond at the end of the reception with the clean-up and storing of all of our items until we returned from our honeymoon (we left the day after the wedding). I would highly recommend Jill and if anyone is doubting whether they need a planner or coordinator, I couldn't stress more that you do! The day goes by so quickly, you don't want to spend even a minute dealing with your vendors that day (florist, caterer, etc.) or any of the mishaps (not matter how small) that WILL happen that day, not matter how much you plan in advance. I am so happy I found Jill and she helped us turn our wedding into an absolute dream!!

  Jill was a life saver!

  Jill was absolutely awesome!! She made my wedding planning a lot easier and helped me with my vision (which I had a hard time articulating). Jill was flexible, charismatic and a life saver! While all of Jill’s help leading up to the wedding was extremely helpful, Jill also made sure that all day of operations ran smoothly without me having to be involved at all. Jill - thanks so much for everything! If you are looking for wedding planning services, look no further! Highly recommended!!!!!

  She's a genius!

  If you are considering getting a planner, RUN don't walk to get in touch with Jill. I am SO glad that we decided to hire a planner and even more elated that we had the opportunity to work with Jill. She was there for me every step of the way with all the questions I had and the ones I didn't even know to ask. Jill is flexible, dedicated and thoughtful, always putting my husband and I at the forefront of decision making with every vendor and family member's input. Jill told me her goal was to know us well enough to be able to make the last minute decisions on wedding day without disrupting our fun and she did that seamlessly. Not only did she put my anxiety at ease, she made my entire family and getting ready support crew feel at ease as well because everyone knew Jill had it covered. As a control freak myself, Jill helped give me the peace of mind to enjoy the day we worked so hard for. She thought of EVERYTHING and truly felt like part of our family on the wedding day. In addition to being a logistical wizard, Jill was invaluably helpful in a creative capacity as well. We worked hard together to come up with a design that felt like "me" and she would not let me settle for "close enough". I can't imagine our wedding planning and process without Jill by our side and I will be singing her praises until my grandchildren get married.

  STOP looking for other planners!

  Jill did an unbelievable job of drawing Megan’s dream wedding out of her head and into reality. My (now) wife is super creative, but Jill made incredible suggestions to help her narrow in on her vision. Jill is incredibly dedicated to making your special day feel like it’s her’s too. She was always just a call away and sometimes would be on the phone with Megan before I even woke up. Jill went above and beyond to and I could not thank her enough for her persistence and attention to detail. I have know idea if anything went wrong on the wedding day because it seemed perfect to me.

  Outstanding personalized service!!

  Jill demonstrated excellent coordination with our other wedding vendors and with the Frederick Douglas- Isaac Myers Maritime Museum. Jill handled all the moving parts of our wedding like a Cirque de Soleil performer! Smoothly, professionally competently juggling, balancing and coordinating all the moving parts of our daughter’s wedding. Her personal attention to all Megan’s artistic wedding details aided in the creation of an outstanding ceremony and reception! I highly recommend Jill Dudley!!

  Fantastic Experience

  Jill was perfect! She pushed us when we needed a push, and fought for us at all times. The weeks leading up to our wedding she was constantly checking in on us to make sure we were ok and took care of everything. The day of our wedding she was everywhere - checking on us, coordinating with the caterer, coordinating with the venue, coordinating with the dj. We really can't recommend Jill enough, and we're eternally grateful for all she did.

  When the details matter!!!

  When the details matter, Jill will not disappoint. As an event catering manager, we work with many wonderful planners. Jill was a pleasure. Her attention to the client’s requests made reaching the client’s vision a breeze. She coordinated every detail and worked tirelessly to give her bride and groom the day they dreamed of.

I plan events as part of my job and didn't think I needed to pay someone else to plan my wedding. That said, I am so glad we hired Jill to help us plan our wedding. We had the most amazing time and our wedding thanks to leaving the details to Jill on our day to execute the vision we created. It was absolutely perfect. (Thank you Jill!)
  
  We hired Jill in June 2015 to plan our April 2016 wedding for day of services and I was appreciative of her help every step of the way. Jill provided us with checklists, and communicated with us regularly to see how things were coming long, and nudged us when necessary. She met with us at our venue to walk through various aspects multiple times and always asked very thoughtful questions of how we wanted things to be handled, often anticipating things that we weren't necessarily thinking about.
  
  The planning process was great with Jill. On top of keeping us on track, she offered vendors as we needed them and as I like to say, played "bad cop" in some decision making where there wasn't a consensus on which way to go, she made the case for either way which was very helpful in moving forward.
  
  Fast forward to wedding day... it was amazing having Jill at the reins of everything. She knew the plan and handled everything - had everyone where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there, interfaced with all of the vendors and dealt with any issues that came up, and took all of the "stuff" at the end of the night (votives, gifts, cards and other decor) and delivered it to me later.
  
  I would hire Jill again in a heartbeat and would reccommend her to anyone planning a wedding. She thinks of everything before you do, heads off issues before they arise, and does it all with a smile and a sense of humor about herself. A+

From the very beginning, Jill came to our rescue; our first venue fell through with 6 months to spare! Jill went above and beyond to help us find a new venue. She visited many venues with us to ensure we were getting the right information to make an informed decision of what venue would best suite our dream wedding! She was extremely organized, kind, assuring when I was frantic, and kept me sane! Jill, Chris and I can't thank you enough for all that you did for us!   Jill is an incredibly gifted, organized, thoughtful, and detailed planner. My wedding was everything that I hoped it would be and we could not have done it without her. She helped to coordinate our rehearsal dinner, lively welcome reception, and amazing wedding day so well that they were over before we knew it. She doesn't hesitate to do the crazy hands on work (like fixing a bustle right before the first dance!) or the challenging business negotiations. We certainly recommend her services for all wedding and event planning in the Baltimore/DC area.

  Jill did a spectacular job with our daughter's wedding! She was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and concerns. What a wonderful day we had! Jill had taken care of everything ahead of time and at the wedding so all we had to do was enjoy the day with friends and family.

Jill, you are one sharp lady when it comes to getting the job done. Orchestrating a Baby Shower or any event is not easy but when you LOVE what you do...I repeat.....when you love what you do, it makes things a lot easier. When working with Jill I can tell she truly love what she does. Jill- I wish you all the best and continued success.
