We worked with Katie as a month of coordinator for our wedding in May and had a fantastic experience. We hired Katie as the month-of coordinator and event designer for our wedding. We had a great experience working with Katie and her team at Jayne events — we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner, event planner, or event designer.

When we met Katie, we had already found most of our vendors We needed someone who could help us bring it all together as we approached our wedding day. She helped refine our color palette and design choices, then took the lead on sourcing everything needed for the day of the wedding. She had some great creative suggestions for things like signage and table decor.

Katie was especially awesome on our wedding day. Her calm demeanor and careful attention to detail gave us peace of mind. Both our families commented on how her team was friendly and easy to work with. And at least someone from her team was there ALL day - Caroline arrived to the venue even before we did and was on hand starting at 10am in case we needed anything while getting ready in the Bridal Suite.

We had the ceremony and reception in a single venue, which was pretty much at capacity, so there was a lot to coordinate and a lot of little things that could have "gone wrong." Thankfully the Jayne Events team was on top of everything. Another thing that was really helpful... Katie and Rachel stayed until the very end, and handled clean up and load out so that we could leave and enjoy the after party with friends and family.

Also, we loved the Instagram story that Caroline filmed throughout the whole day, capturing all the little details that we were too busy to notice or savor!

We couldn't be happier with Katie and her team. Thanks to them, we were able to just enjoy our wedding day.

i could tell you a bunch of things about Katie and her team, but you might not believe me.

would you believe that, one week before our wedding and two days before we were scheduled to drop decor off at Katie's house, she gave birth to her gorgeous son?

would you believe that she emailed me about going into labor from her hospital bed?

would you believe that we dropped the decor off, like, one hour after she and her husband brought the baby home from the hospital?

THIS is how cool Katie is. she is the most calm, collected human being i have ever met. believe it or not.

we hired Jayne Weddings early in the game just for setup and tear down of the decorations i had. we spoke to several planners-- Jayne Weddings was the most reasonably priced for what we needed (i think we actually robbed them?), and actually the coolest. she asked thoughtful questions on the initial interview and really seemed interested in my fiancé's and my story.

as Katie had a baby literally days before our wedding, she had Caroline running the show on the day of our event (and had planned for her to be there just in case of this exact thing). Caroline is some kind of tiny, spritely art genius-- she pulled off our vision for our dinner and reception setups, making everything look even better that i had imagined in my dreams. i had not one single worry on the day of our wedding, and i have Katie and Caroline to thank.

you definitely need to hire Jayne Weddings. they are spectacular, and took care of every minute detail. i would unequivocally hire them again.

I could not have pulled off my wedding without Katie Jayne and her team at Jayne Events. From the moment Katie and I started talking, I knew that she really understood the unique, personal vibe I wanted to have at my wedding. I worked closely with her to plan out every detail of my reception decor, and it looked amazing! It was so great to have a team go there, completely set up, supervise, and take down. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. The art deco theme was beautifully executed, and I got so many compliments about how fantastic it looked. Katie is such a creative, and it really shines through when you see the ideas she comes up with.

On top of her event design, her month of coordination was beyond perfect. While she wasn't the coordinator at my event, her team members Sam and Nicole, were the stars of the show. Nicole completely created my bouquets, and made sure we were all where we needed to be. Sam not only made sure the reception looked amazing, but she even served wine to my guests during dinner. Any concerns we had, she took care of completely.

I didn't think that I needed a coordinator or an event designer, but I was so so wrong. Ladies, Jayne Weddings is where it's at if you want a stress free, totally you, wedding.

Brides always say that their best advice they can give a future bride is to hire a wedding planner.....do it....and then hire Katie! Whether you need full on assistance, to month of help to anything and everything in between (literally, EVERYTHING)....Katie and her team does it all! And they are just the best. I chose a bespoke package with Katie so she helped with vendor recommendations in the beginning and then full on support/coordination for the month of. In the beginning, it can be really overwhelming to select the best vendors....and she did just that. Honestly, she got me in touch with THE BEST florist, caterer and cake decorator....all of whom beyond exceeded my expectations.

To have Katie and her team handle all little details and vendor coordination the month of was seriously the smartest decision I've ever made. She made the month of my wedding so relaxed and carefree that I was able to enjoy every second of it which I think some brides miss out on because of stress. I was so relaxed on my wedding day because I knew that everything was going to be perfect because of her and her fantastic staff. I didn't have to think about a thing other than marrying my best friend.

Annnddd....she's so crafty and can help with design and creating projects. I told you...she does it all!

I got engaged in October 2013. We both live in Atlanta but I am from Chicago and knew we would have our wedding there. We wanted a June wedding in 2014 so we had to plan quickly from afar. Luckily my cousin is a wedding photographer in the city and she knows the wedding industry there very well. Katie from Jayne Weddings came highly recommended as a wedding planner from my cousin. We were even more thrilled to learn that Katie is so creative...she designed amazing decor for us like our pinwheel ceremony backdrop in our wedding colors and personalized table numbers with our childhood pictures. I would find neat things I liked online that were unfortunately out of my budget and Katie would make them for me within my budget :-) I absolutely loved everything she made! Katie is very prompt with correspondence and is such a friendly and cool individual! She works with you to make things efficient, convenient, and stunningly beautiful!!!

I wish I could give Jayne Weddings 10 stars. I started working with Katie Jayne 9 months ago on the design blueprint and month-of coordination of our wedding which was this past Saturday. From the get-go, Katie was incredible to work with. She was so quick to answer emails and made me feel like her only client throughout the process.
I basically went to Katie with some images of art and weddings that I thought were cool and she took my random thoughts and went wild. Not only did she help execute a GORGEOUS wedding, but she helped me build a team of top notch vendors all within my budget. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next, Katie was right there to answer my questions and to put me at ease. Her knowledge of catering and weddings from various viewpoints was priceless and helped us so much at every step along the way.

The day of the wedding went flawlessly. If things went wrong, I had no idea because the Jayne Weddings team was all over it.

All in all, I can't come up with the words to explain how incredible it was working with Jayne Weddings and am confident in saying that she is worth every penny and more.
