Our daughter wanted to have a destination wedding on the beach in Florida. She lives in Tennessee and we (parents) live in Colorado. So you can imagine how hard and difficult planning a wedding would be when everyone is destination! Jamie came highly recommended from the company A Lovely Engagement we were using for our beach ceremony. Hands down the best part of our wedding planning! She was phenomenal!! When we first met she asked me how I could see this happening? I said I wanted it to run seamlessly and be able to just enjoy and take in the special moment of our daughter getting married. She said ok, then that’s what we will do.

She pulled it off! My daughter loved her and everyone loved working with her! I as the mom truly felt like I didn’t need to lift a finger to help set up. She feels more like a friend than a business partner.

On top of all her hard work we used almost every vendor she recommended. Every single one of them was fantastic! Yes, yes, yes I would use her again and you should definitely use her for your next event!

Just like most women, I dreamed about my "Big Day" ever since I was a little girl. Between trying to go back to school, working a full time job serving tables, and running my own photography business, I had almost no time for wedding planning. I had so many specific ideas and some things I had no clue how I wanted it to go. Not only did Jamie help me find the things I knew I wanted, she was able to fill the holes in my vision perfectly. I could not have gotten through the planning process without her, and her day of coordination was flawless! Jamie was always there when I needed her, and she helped with so many things, and so many vendors, and all from the other side of the country, three time zones away! When we first started planning, my hubby and I weren�t thinking of hiring a DOC. I was determined to do everything myself the day of�I figured somehow I�d find a way to be SuperWoman and the glowing bride all at once. My mom and aunt even offered to help with setup! When it was about 4 months out, I started panicking about day-of details: mostly my mom and aunt missing special moments because they would be setting everything up. I didn�t want them to feel like they had to work at the wedding! I feel like Jamie swooped in and rescued me from myself!

We were married at the Hard Rock Hotel, and they provided a ceremony/rehearsal coordinator as part of our overall package, so Jamie didn�t take over everything at first. Instead she fit herself right in, and filled in all my gaps! She and I originally arranged for her to �coordinate� the reception, and just see that everything ran smoothly there. During the end of the planning process, she offered to arrive the morning of the wedding, and oversee everything anyway. She and I met several times, and she took down contact info for my vendors and both families (just in case). She also asked all kinds of questions about the reception: how we wanted everything placed, what our timeline was for the night decorated, and how we were planning to get everything to the venue the night before. (All those questions actually made me think of �little� details I�d almost forgotten�like d�cor for the cocktail tables.) During the last of our meetings before the wedding, she asked for a layout of our reception room, and drew a detailed scheme for the head table seating.

The week before the wedding, she contacted all my vendors to introduce herself in case they needed anything last-minute, and then she mostly took over from there. A few days before the wedding, she came to my apartment to pick up all our ceremony and reception stuff, and the day before, she dropped it all off safely with our catering manager. She and her assistant Toni attended the rehearsal to make sure they knew how everything would proceed the day of. (Even though our ceremony coordinator also took care of the rehearsal, Jamie streamlined everything with her. It gave me peace of mind to know there was more than one person helping out.)

All the questions she asked came together on the wedding day, and she even filled in gaps there (brought in her own votive candles, and used leftover glass stones) to decorate the cocktail table, placecard table and head table at the reception.) At the end of the night, she was still looking after us: made sure DH and I had the key to our room, rescued my purse that had been left with my aunt, and boxed all our wedding d�cor and brought it to my mom�s hotel room. Her attention to detail and extreme organization made our day truly magical.

Jamie was awesome and so worth booking! She helped me out with so much during my wedding planning as we got close to the date and helped me figure out things I hadn't even thought of.
The day before and day of she helped me feel at ease and I knew that she had everything taken care of. I would use her over and over again if I could!
