I cannot begin to express my extreme gratitude for the thorough professionalism and care provided by Jessica at JA Special Events although, I owe it to her to try. With all the busyness of our June 2020 wedding behind me I can now reflect back on the day and clearly see that hiring Jessica Adler as our wedding planner was the best decision we made in regards to our wedding. We greatly benefited from how long Jessica has been in the wedding business here in Colorado. In our search for vendors she quickly provided options in line with our preferences. The more vendors we spoke to the more we became aware of the deep respect that vendors held for our planner across this state. It made us thankful to be on her team as it put our spinning minds at ease and also blessed us with discounts. We also selected a few vendors outside of her network that she quickly got to know and partnered with effectively. Her extensive network saved the day when we ended up modifying our wedding due to Covid and some of our vendors had to back out of their contracts. She was able to call upon old friends 3 days before the wedding that stepped in a saved the day providing amazing service. Jessica's trusted experience and network alone are reasons to immediately partner with her but in addition to that she conducts business with a professional sense of timeliness, kindness, grace, empathy and care. She consistently made us feel like we were a priority even though I'm sure she was simultaneously serving many other happy couples at the time. Throughout each conversation, Jessica invested her care into our dreams as though she was family. We always felt like she was a safe confidant to be honest with and we always trusted that she cared about our day going smoothly just as much as we did…which she proved through and through in the face of pandemic changes. One small example of this was that she purchased a beautiful allergy friendly cutting cake for us when it looked like our wedding would be called off due to the pandemic. That is just her - going above and beyond business, straight into a caring relationship with the couples she serves. Thankfully we had the honor of cutting this cake at our modified wedding! Lastly I want to call out her thorough attention to detail. After all that she reworked with us due to the pandemic from vendor contracts to day of details, she deserves a certificate of proficiency in emergency rescheduling. She negotiated terms of contracts and got us money refunded that we didn't think we would ever see again after our own personal discussions with the same vendors. It sure helps us that she was aware of contract terms and how to effectively negotiate in unprecedented times. I honestly believe that if it weren't for her assistance we would have lost money from our contract, and not have had the grit to replan our wedding multiple times. Because of her partnership we were able to carry forth with a smaller guest list and have a day that was still a dream! It was her support contacting vendors, reading government news updates, notifying us of our next steps, and caring deeply for our hearts that kept us going all the way down the aisle in the midst of a pandemic.

Been meaning to write a post since our son's bar mitzvah the end of Feb. 2020. Not a wedding, but Jessica planned such a great event for us. She was so helpful every step of the way and really went above and beyond. She has such great relationships with other companies were were part of the day. She made vendor recommendations, was helpful in pulling all the pieces together and also helpful during the planning process, pointing out insightful things to think about and considerations I never would have thought of. And grateful she managed a lot of the conversations with getting agreements and details figured out. I knew that everything was under control. But the above and beyond and Jessica's help with the little things, that was delightfully unexpected and so appreciated. It was truly a special day for us and one that we will cherish and remember. As a former event services manager for Devil's Thumb Ranch, I tried to shy away from submitting reviews to not offend anyone. Well, I recently moved and I wanted to take a moment and share how incredible it has been working with Jessica. When her name came up as my client's planner, I knew I could breathe. She has incredible attention to detail and genuinely cares for each of her clients. I would 100000% percent recommend Jessica for any event. She was really one of the VERY few wedding planners that actually knew how important the technical and logistical aspects of the wedding is for vendors.

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would. My wife and I were recently lucky enough to find Jessica and without a doubt had it not been for Jessica our wedding day wouldn’t have been what it was. My wife and I truly can’t say enough positive things about her professionalism, her dedication to helping us get the best prices for things, setting our wedding site up specifically how we asked; she even worked with me on connecting my bride with her brother on our wedding day who was half way across the globe so that they could see each other before our ceremony. If you are looking for someone who is affordable, extremely professional, thorough, honest and genuinely cares, she is your person.

As soon as I was engaged, I immediately reached out to try to secure Jessica Adler for my wedding as I knew that she would have limited availability. I have had the pleasure of working with her in the past as an event professional and knew that I wanted to work with her for my wedding. Luckily, I was able to secure working with her! Jessica is truly amazing and made the entire process fun and exciting! Although I work in the industry, her experience, vendor relationships, and advice is priceless! Jessica is the best thing that could’ve happened to us! She’s easygoing, organized, efficient, punctual, and a blast to work with! She knows exactly how to bring your vision to life, and she’s also realistic and honest. I’ve never really planned anything before and Jessica was always happy to answer my questions. She also had the best recommendations for photographer, DJ, and florist. My fiancé (now husband) and I felt we would never find any vendor because the market is so saturated and we also couldn’t figure out how exactly to stay within our budget. We were immediately relieved when we first met Jessica because we knew she was our answer and superhero! I’d call her up again for any future soirées! She’s the best and made sure our wedding day was perfect!!!! P.S. she really saved the day when someone dumped red wine on my wedding dress!!!! That stain is gone!

My wife and I had a separate ceremony and reception one year apart and everything was perfect at both. The attention to detail, passion and desire to ensure our satisfaction was amazing. Jessica always responded to emails, calls and texts even when she was at our events she was in charge of.

We received multiple suggestions for venues, caterers, photographers, etc. so we didn't have to do all the backend work on our own.

The pricing was very fair. A deposit was needed to get everything going but the majority of the fee was paid at the end of our reception.

For a wedding, Mitzvah or any other large event JA Special Events should always be at the top of your list.

Jessica at JA Special Events is awesome! She is like a maestro conducting a symphony orchestra, and you just need to sit back and enjoy the music. Jessica helped us plan my daughter's wedding. My daughter said the wedding "exceeded her expectations."
Jessica has good recommendations for vendors (photography, floral, venue, DJ), and she helped us negotiate all the contracts. Negotiating with Devil's Thumb Ranch was not an easy process, but Jessica always had our back! If an issue arose, Jessica immediately stepped up to the plate. She has good knowledge of the facility and staff.
Jessica understood my daughter's vision of what she wanted the mood of her wedding to be. It turned out beautifully, and she helped us stay within our budget.
Jessica really shines with her attention to detail. For example, she made sure snow boots were accessible for the outdoor photos. She made sure our 89-year old grandparent was always comfortable; she even brought him a plate of food from the buffet so that he wouldn't have to get up from the table and juggle a plate.
Jessica went above and beyond when she helped the groom's out-of-state family plan the rehearsal dinner. I could go on and on about how wonderful JA Special Events is. But I'll summarize by saying that with Jessica as our event planner, it was a totally stress-free process. We were able to enjoy every minute of the gorgeous wedding knowing that Jessica had things under control. I would recommend JA Special Events to everyone, and would give her 10 stars if possible.

I do not have anything but positive things to say about Stacy and Jessica from JA Special Events. They went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend very special. For an entire year they answered many questions and helped find vendors and keep costs down as much as possible. Our wedding would not have been the same without them.
