There is not ONE negative thing that I can say about Jay, he is absolutely AMAZING photographer. Since our very first meeting with him, I KNEW he was our photographer. His quirky nature totally complimented ours & we had a blast with him. We had an absolute BLAST during our engagement session with Jay riding all around to different locations getting shots everywhere. The photos were fantastic. We just got married on October 16, 2010 & again, Jay was beyond wonderful. He was with us from start to finish and took the most amazing photos. Even at the salon, he sat and let them do up his hair...it was GREAT & makes it so wonderful to have such a down to earth photographer who makes you feel entirely comfortable every single step of the way. He's a sneaky little guy, you will get amazing photos when you didn't even have a clue he was around. He loves to capture the "natural" beauty of the day as it unfolds, you know those tiny details that are SO important that you forget so quickly. I would absolutely recommend Jay Reiter to ANY and EVERY one planning a wedding who wants amazing photos and a fun time. He is a spectacular photographer & I have absolutely NO REGRETS choosing him & I am so happy I trusted my gut with this one!!!

Jay is truly amazing. We felt so comfortable with him from the very beginning. He is an amazing photographer, and truly makes you feel so comfortable and natural when he is shooting!

I usually don't write review but I had a very disappointed experience with Jay Reiter photography. I booked with him for my wedding in June due to a lower rate (comparing to other photographer) and pretty good sample photo albums. However, the engagement photographs were poor qualities. But we still gave him another chance with our engagement party. The pictures were so horrible (very few pictures of us; mostly were food and group pictures) that we freaked out and had to cancel the contract 2 weeks before our wedding. I know it was very late to cancel the contract but I would definitely regret to have him as my wedding photographer. His work ethic was unacceptable in the sense that he was busy enjoying himself at the engagement party than doing his job as a professional photographer. I was very upset seeing that from our engagement video. Our photos were definitely not comparable to the sample photo albums that we saw.

Just a note to bribe who want to shop for a budget photographer in the area.
