Loved working with Zairrah!!! She's awesome! Did exactly what I had envisioned for my wedding hair and makeup! (Sorry I forgot the lady's name who did our hair - but she was wonderful too!) She was so accommodating and understanding of everyone's personal makeup preferences but also kept it looking great! Everyone's natural beauty shined through!! :) I had also referred her to another bride friend that needed makeup last minute and she loved Zairrah too!

My sister (Maria the bride) had offered to have my hair and make up done for her wedding day, and of course I was going to take her up on it!
Ren did my make up, and being one who never wears make up (I somehow smudge mascara and eyeliner before the end of the night when I try anything!) I was happy to leave it in Ren's hands. The transformation was amazing to say the least. Very professional - asked me what I wanted left it to her, then decided I wanted a particular look. Certainly delivered!
I received a lot of comments that day about both the hair and make up. My sister tells me I always have messy hair, so it was nice not to worry about the boofy hair throughout the day/night for once. Thank you Z for the hair up.

I was a bridesmaid that benefited from Isle Media's beauty team's wonderful service. Zairrah came to do a make up trial for my friend, Maria (the bride). I was impressed. She was punctual, friendly and professional. Zairrah really highlighted Maria's natural beauty. We loved Z's work so much that by the end of the trial we were all really excited about the wedding day!

On the morning of the wedding, Z arrived with Ren and another lovely lady on time and set to go. None of us knew specifically what we were after, so we trusted the Isle Media ladies' knowledge and they did not let us down. They were so warm and friendly while maintaining a professional standard of service. They answered any questions we had and listened attentively whenever we tried to explain what we had in mind for our hair and make up. These three ladies were very focussed and clearly communicated with each other to ensure that everyone's needs were met, keeping well within the timeframe necessary to help us all stay calm.

Furthermore, their work spoke for itself. Our make up lasted the whole day (we had been worried about it melting!) and the bride was especially radiant. None of us worried about how we looked and could just enjoy a truly special day.

Mai and her assistant (have forgotten her name sorry!) did an excellent job. The trial was very thorough and the adjustments that I wanted after the trial were done perfectly. I would definitely recommend her!

We heard of Isle Media through my sister, who went to school with one of the partners of the company. We were quite surprised and very pleased that we hit the jack pot. We were directed to a one stop shop. SCORE! I feel that we were treated like their only clients, which is hard to find from businesses in the booming wedding industry. We had constant correspondences from our photographers, videographers, make up, and hair stylists before the wedding and they were very open to all our suggestions. THANK YOU! We were even able to meet with Reese to review the events for the day, schedule, preference of styles, and overall vision for our wedding day. Reese was very professional, personable, patient, thoughtful, and easy going. The services we received on the day of our wedding was beyond wonderful. I had pictures and videos of make up and hair styles for our bridesmaids and presented them to Mariah and Mei only hours before the wedding and they delivered exactly what I had envisioned for them. I was beyond delighted when I saw how our lovely ladies were transformed into beautiful bridesmaids. Our photographers and videographers: Reese, Trevor, Kyle, and Jack were exceptional at capturing our playful nature and the fun that we had. They were so very patient and thoughtful, assisting and guiding my wedding dress when I needed to move locations. I have heard of many horror stories from other weddings regarding make up, hair, photography, and videography, but I have to say that this wedding day story has a happy ending.

I had a destination wedding at turtle bay resort in hawaii. Living in Australia, I relied heavily on reviews for my wedding vendors. Alan, of isle media was very quick to respond and he made everything very easy. I booked for hair and Make up for me and my 2 bridesmaids. Zairrah did an amazing job with the hair and make-up. We received many compliments on how amazing we looked. I would highly recommend Isle media as they are all extremely friendly and professional.

I just found my trial took forevor and we still hadn't got a style I liked.
That already made me nervous.
And my make up was unlike me..very dark..red lips...I know for pics it needs to be bit this was too much.
I asked for less color but on the wedding day..same.
No time to change it.
And I was all ready and wanted to just start the ceremony..no stress. .
I had told her and planned to pay her by credit card so had no cash.we discussed it before.
Then when I'm about to leave house to go down aisle I'm scrambling to borrow money from family to pay her!!..stress went up.
Only frustrated moment of the entire day.
Sweet girl..hair did end up "ok"...
But could've been more communication. ..changes acknowledged.

I was really looking forward to using this company for my hair and makeup, their responses were very prompt in the beginning. They agreed to do my hair and makeup for my Hawaii Destination wedding. Our contacts began in April, they told me they were available and would send me an invoice for down payment. A month went by and I never received an invoice, I emailed them again to follow up and she emailed me back promptly stating she was out of town and would look the following day to forward me an invoice. Again, I never received an invoice so I email her again another month later asking what was going on and to see if I should seek these services elsewhere and I never received a response at all. So three months went by and now I am a month out from my wedding and I have no one to do my hair and makeup because this company led me to believe they would be available. I'm very disappointed in the outcome but hopeful that wedding wire will be able to help me find someone else.
