Jay Floyd, the owner and DJ, has been delivering personalized DJ and MC entertainment services for weddings for more than 20 years. Islands DJ Service brings its own state-of-the-art sound/PA systems, LED lighting, decorative uplighting, microphones, and projector systems. Jay has equipment suitable for intimate events as well as large outdoor events. He can play music from a vast digital library of more than 50,000 songs, covering various genres such as country, electronic, hip-hop, jazz, oldies, pop, rock, R&B/soul, and top 40. In the absence of a dedicated coordinator, the company also offers wedding coordination services to ensure the smooth execution of the event. As both a DJ and an MC, Jay makes sure everything goes to plan, including following a do-not-play list per the couples' desires. He offers proof of liability insurance as well.
