My name is Tony Brittan, owner of Island Shore Productions. A video is the BEST way to document your special day! Most people don't think about the fact the Bride is sequestered for most of the day, only to be tugged and pulled in many directions once she is part of the party. The next day, she's saying, "what happened!?!".

Island Shore Productions is a serious, full-time, video production company. This is not a part-time, on the side, type of business for me and I take pride in my work. With that in mind, I haven't grown the business so large that I have to hire several editors and other personel to do all of the work for your finished product. It's important to have consistency and the highest quality production values possible!

I do have second camera persons who work for me who are top-notch. They all have other jobs and just love being creative and doing camera work. This works perfect for me, as you will always be sure that you have the best producer, staff editor, main camera person, post production, and delivery in the company!

I do a lot of Broadcast TV work, corporate video, commercials, and other video production pieces. A lot of my peers give me a hard time, saying, "oh, you still do weddings?" as many of the "pros" in my area of expertise look down on wedding videographers.

I don't feel that way at all! I really enjoy spending the day with the happy families...you couldn't ask for a better workplace! Weddings give me a chance to be creative with the "look" of the video and to try new things. In keeping this company a boutique type of company, the focus stays on quality and an artistic approach. Someone who REALLY cares about what your finished production will look like and that it will be something that you'll want to watch again and again. I've seen too many videos produced by companies that just see the paycheck and pretty much "just slap em together and get em out the door", and that makes me sad.

A wedding video is an investment. Something to have for future generations. A timecapsule. You need the best possible videographer to care for your investment!

The fact that you're considering a video is awesome. Whoever you go with, make sure that you see some of thier work...and make sure that is indeed thier work, not something that they "worked with" or were a part of...and make sure that you like the person who is going to spend the day with you!
