Wonderful dinner!! Chicken, pulled pork, shrimp, tri-tip, mashed potatoes, and bbq green beans. They serve such delicious food for a really reasonable price. I recommend this to anyone!!

From the get go, i know we loved him - good response times, enthusiasm, and nothing is ever a problem.

He roasted a 160 lb pig for us (just over a hundred guests) with 3 sides. All the guys at the wedding could not believe how amazing it was, and are still talking about it. The quality of food and sides was Amazing, as well as the professionalism of the service. He even lent us 3 big coolers for our bevvies for the day.

We were so happy with Iron Imu BBQ! We used them for our wedding at Olowalu Plantation House. It was so fun to have their BBQ truck there with us! The food was amazing and the service was great! The wedding ran a bit behind, and they got a little frustrated because the food is on timers.... As this is completely understandable, they did make more of a scene than I had hoped they would. Most of my guests commented on how upset one of the men was. Other than that, everything was perfect! The owner worked VERY hard with me ahead of time to make sure everything was absolutely perfect! She even worked to make some custom food for us that I was really wanting that were not on their regular menu! I was so happy with the quality of the food, and we got SO MUCH FOOD for what we paid! We were very happy with our decision to use them for our catering!
