I don’t even know where to start this review. My husband and I were married June 2021 (this review is long overdue). We literally can’t stop watching our cinematic highlight video! I’m going to try to put it into words…Think of the highest expectations you’d have for what you would hope your video would turn out to be. Now blow those expectations completely out of the water beyond anything you thought was even possible – that’s Intrigue Wedding Films! Booking Intrigue was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our special day. Nathaniel & Team were AMAZING to work with.

When we were searching for videographers to capture our wedding, it was very important to us that our video would be authentically us. We wanted it to tell our story and be able to relive the day through watching it – emotions and all. While there are so many great videographers that we found during our search, we noticed a lot were very “cookie cutter” and had a similar flow to the final footage (which can make for a very lovely video), but we wanted more…way more.

Upon our first consult with Nathaniel, he explained to us how no 2 videos Intrigue creates are ever the same, because each is unique to the couple captured in it. When we heard this, it was a no brainer – we could not book fast enough!

Throughout the process, Nathaniel has been incredible. In all our meetings leading up to the big day, it felt like talking to a friend we had known forever. He sent us an extensive questionnaire to fill out, so that he and his team could study it and know exactly what was important to us from music preferences to cinematic styling to everything in between. He and his team left no stone unturned.

Going into the day, we felt so at ease with our choice and put our faith completely in the team to capture the most important day of our lives. When the day arrived, our cinematography team (2) were on the ball the whole time. They were with us from start to finish. Somehow, they captured everything yet remained unobtrusively “flies on the wall.” It is crazy how that is even possible! They worked amazing with our photography team, and even remembered at the end of the night (when we had forgotten) that it was important for us to capture some footage outside the venue under the “full moon” because that was something we said was special to us. If it were not for them, we may have forgotten to do this with all the hustle and bustle of the day.

It's hard to try and explain how magical our video turned out, because there are not even words to explain it. The music is splendid and it pairs perfectly with the footage. The editing in time with the music is absolute perfection – think impeccably timed beat drops, lyrics & slow-mo shots to emphasize special moments. It is truly perfect!

If you are lucky enough that Intrigue Wedding Films is not already booked for your wedding date, run, don’t walk! Book them immediately. They are the best in the business.

Thomas and Justin were absolutely incredible at our wedding this past weekend!! They were both so calm, professional, organized, and present with us every step of the way. They were always so easy to communicate with. Our cinematographer for the day was on time and worked so well with our photographer. Our wedding highlight came out to be absolute perfection! My husband and I decided to go with Intrigue Wedding Films for our videographer, and we are so beyond happy we did. They were professional, showed up on time, knew exactly what to do, and made the day extremely fun. They were a great team to work with. We have nothing bad to say about them and we would 110% recommend them to everyone we know. We cannot wait to see our final film and rewatch our special day over and over again.

Working with Intrigue Wedding Films was an absolute pleasure. Videography was extremely important to my wife and I and it only took seeing one same day edit from Intrigue to know that they were the crew we needed! A same day edit was crucial for us since we were having a Friday wedding and knew many people would be missing the ceremony. To say they blew us away is an understatement. We were both crying our eyes out. They couldn't have done a better job making us feel comfortable and getting every shot they needed! We can't wait to see the actual wedding video after the same day edit because it was that magical!

Ugh! Intrigue was absolutely perfect to us! We booked them 2 weeks before the wedding and even with short notice, they performed flawlessly. The questionnaires you fill out for them prior to the wedding are so helpful and they truly executed the entire day off of that. We didn’t once feel like they were in anyone’s way....us, the guests, our photographer, anyone. But I am so confident that they got every moment perfectly captured.
