This charming venue dates back to the 1930s when it originally served as a schoolhouse to the local community. Following that, it was used by the Ruritan Club until it was eventually purchased by the Bull Run Hunt. It was at this point that it began a renovation process so that it could take on a new purpose as a public gathering place. Even though it was modernized during renovation, much care was taken to preserve its historic touches and origins so that couples and guests would be able to slip back to the past on their wedding day festivities.

Couples and their guests also have access to restrooms as well as a kitchen. The venue's kitchen space is ideal for catering and prep-work. If couples prefer to host their wedding outside amongst the hardwood trees, a tent can be set up. The lawn may also be used for parking, should guests need extra room for their vehicles.
