The Inn at Osprey Point is a sprawling estate in the charming village of Rock Hall, Maryland. The property presents itself as a sight straight out of a romantic movie. This premier wedding venue and B&B is surrounded by 30 acres of lush landscapes and spectacular water views. It offers a variety of beautiful settings for any wedding day. The colonial-style inn caters to intimate celebrations while a one-of-a-kind waterfront tented reception will charm guests and loved ones. Whatever classic coastal vision couples have for their special day, the Inn at Osprey Point can make dream weddings come true.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples may host up to 250 wedding guests within the two event spaces available at the Inn at Osprey Point. They can choose from either indoor or uncovered outdoor locations for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. The Inn features 18 rooms that each have their own distinct style and character. The outside of the house is a pleasant blend of colonial and New England styles. Couples and their guests will be able to enjoy the sun reflecting off of the water that flanks the abode as they snuggle in the gazebo or stroll down the pier. Tables may be set up in the yard, allowing clients versatility when they are deciding where events should take place. Musicians may also stake out a campsite near the water's edge. Wherever the celebration takes place, couples can rest assured that they are in for an exciting time.

We got married here in June 2024 and absolutely loved every minute of our wedding weekend! Osprey Point is the perfect place to get married, especially if you want a wedding on the Chesapeake. Deanna, the coordinator, was absolutely amazing and worked with us for the whole year leading up to our wedding. We were so impressed with how friendly, organized, fun and professional everybody was at Osprey Point. Would get married here over and over again.
The food/drinks and sites for the wedding were so great. Everybody raved about the food and drinks. And the views for every aspect of our wedding - ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, were breathtaking. We could spend a lot less on florals/decor because the views were all we needed.
Not only was the wedding amazing, but so were the amenities at the venue. We had some of our guests stay at the Inn, Farmhouse & Annex for the weekend, which was so special. The rooms were awesome as was the breakfast, activities on-site (pool, kayaks, SUPs, bikes), views, location, etc. We were well taken care of. And everything was right on-site for wedding day, which made it super easy for guests. Osprey Point will always be a special place for us and hope for many more couples & families to come.

Best Venue Around
Osprey Point will always have a special place in our hearts, we had the most amazing wedding weekend thanks to them. They were so professional and organized to deal with, they made the entire wedding planning process so much easier. We had a day-of coordinator, who was fantastic, and loved the farmhouse for our rehearsal and after party. Several of our guest exclaimed that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! It was the perfect venue for our little Eastern Shore wedding and we loved every second of being there!

Magical Wedding Week
We got married at Osprey Point this summer, and could not have asked for a more perfect week.
We spent the week leading up to the wedding at the farmhouse with a number of our friends and family. We had an absolute blast spending the week swimming, kayaking, sailing, and vacationing with our closest friends and family.
Our ceremony and reception were both outdoors and the weather panned out perfectly for our wedding day (70 degrees, zero humidity, bright and sunny...in August). Though our wedding day weather was perfect, it was chilly and raining for our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Sarah and Casey were prepared for anything weather-wise, and had a tent set up outside of the farmhouse for our rehearsal dinner.
Sarah and Casey did an amazing job accommodating our laid back nature through the whole wedding process. They supported our mission to not sweat the details, and made sure everything went smoothly the entire week.
As far as venues go, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Our mindset during the decoration planning was to have the venue as the main piece and let everything else just compliment it. Everything was stunning, and Sarah and Casey helped us set everything we wanted up.
Brian's food at Osprey Point speaks for itself. Everything we tried at our tasting was so incredible that we had trouble choosing what we actually wanted for our wedding day. We ended up choosing the filet mignon and scallops. They were out of this world.

We had our wedding at the Osprey Point Inn this summer and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was! The staff, especially Casey and Devon, were so helpful, thoughtful, and professional. Leading up to the wedding they helped me to get everything organized and planned so that I wasn’t worried about any of the details. They were very available so could call to ask questions anytime (which I did often). The weekend of the wedding, they were prepared, calm, and organized which put my mind at ease and let me enjoy the time with my family and friends. Countless wedding guests commented how great the venue and staff was as well. Many asking, “How did you find this hidden gem!? We had no idea this was here!” It sounds cliche, but it really was the best day ever, and I wouldn’t have happened without the wonderful staff and venue at Osprey Point. It’s a beautiful location, the food is delicious, there is tons for guests to do to relax and enjoy the Bay. I highly recommend this venue! I can’t wait to go back and visit for our one year anniversary. Thank you so much for making our big day one I’ll never forget!

We held our rehearsal dinner at Osprey Point and it was perfect! We worked directly with Casey and she was flexible, accommodating, knowledgable and professional. They worked with us in accommodating all of our guests in the dinning room and creating a menu that fit our taste. The space and the food were both on point, it was the perfect way to start off our wedding weekend! We would highly suggest utilizing them for any special events.

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding reception at Osprey on June 2nd, 2018. On a rating scale of 1 through 10 I would give this venue a 20. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were incredible. The staff could not have been any more professional. The outdoor tent during the wedding with the lighting was more than I expected and some. I would like to thank the staff at Osprey for making this a very special day.

The venue is stunning and the staff is magnificent. I can definitely look back on our wedding day as the best day ever and it was in large part thanks to Osprey Point.

We found the Osprey point Inn this past summer while visiting with friends on their boat at the marina. We were going to get married at the local courthouse but decided to do something a bit more memorable. . Words cannot describe how wonderful our elopement/wedding was at The Inn at Osprey Point. We had a very small wedding with 21 people and it couldn't have been more perfect. Devon and Casey where amazing and made it all happen on very short notice. The rooms were beautiful and we rented the farmhouse which we were able to spend time at around the fire pit after the wedding and the next morning. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable! The chef made us a delicious tiramisu wedding cake that was outstanding. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful with an assortment of hot and cold dishes as well as home made pastries and quiche. We got lucky with the November weather and were able to get beautiful pictures outside as the sun was setting. After the wedding weekend, our family and friends remarked how beautiful and classy the wedding was. Thank you so much Casey and Devon for making our wedding so special.

We LOVED having our wedding at Osprey. Devon was amazing to work with, and I worked with her for almost 2 years!! She was quick to answer my emails, didn’t laugh at my silly questions, and was totally necessary the day-of. To be honest, we booked this as our venue for the views, accommodations, and because of Devon herself! We also used all of the rooms on the property for our friends and family, and they LOVED the accommodations. You can’t beat the convenience! (Breakfast in the morning was also delicious!)
The food was probably everyone’s favorite part of the weekend! Our guests are still talking about how delicious their dinner was- we were able to accommodate vegetarians and vegans, as well as strict steak eaters, all within our budget. Additionally, we were really able to tailor the menu to meet our liking. We worked with the chef at Osprey and he was able to tweak and change and make our dinner exactly what we wanted.
Looking back on our special day, I am so thankful we had Osprey and their wonderful staff. Food, accommodations, flexibility, and what a bang for your buck!

Our daughter and her fiancé chose Osprey Point for their wedding and reception. We visited months in advance to do our own reconnaissance. We stayed at the Annex where the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had every amenity found in the better hotels, plus beautiful water views. Our meals in the restaurant were exceptional, so we were all comfortable with the choice of venue.
Fast forward to wedding planning: Devon and Casey were always available to answer mother-of-the-bride questions, provide guidance, and propose ideas. During the wedding weekend they had everything under control. they provided technical expertise for our slideshow and had all the equipment ready to go. Everything was perfect and went as planned (why did I even worry??). The food was inventive, fresh, and well-prepared, from the butlered hors d'oevres to the salad to the vegetables to the entree. Rarely do you find duck and filet of this quality on a buffet; both were prepared to perfection. The bartender and waitstaff were top-notch professionals, attentive without being intrusive, and anticipating every need. Our guests all raved how nice everything was.
We were treated as if ours was the most special event ever held at Osprey Point. I can't say enough about the attention to every detail, and they make it look easy. Hospitality and excellence don't begin to describe what these folks do.

The Inn at Osprey Point is a fantastic wedding venue! I can't speak highly enough about my experience with them. As a wedding photographer I can truly appreciate the beautiful scenery that surrounds the Inn- from the picturesque waterfront ceremony setting to the charming farm house and rustic barn. Everywhere you look there is a perfect shot, even on the inside of the lovely colonial style inn. Coordinators Casey and Devon are equally wonderful to work with. They are both incredibly kind and accommodating- and extremely organized and detail-oriented. Having event coordinators like them truly makes a difference in having a successful wedding day because you can tell they simply love what they do. This is one of my favorite wedding venues, and I am already looking forward to working with them again soon!
