InGobo Events is a professional wedding planning company based out of Los Angeles, California. Founder and lead event designer, Christina Bogino, is determined to help couples achieve the wedding of their dreams. This team can plan a wedding of any size or style and offers a number of special pre-set planning packages to choose from, depending on your preferred level of professional assistance. Couples are also welcome to customize their own package to best suit their particular needs. InGobo will help couples with everything from the more crucial aspects of their event planning, like venue and catering selection, to the smaller decor-related elements.

100% worth it!!

I can't thank Christina and her team enough. Being a bride, there were so many things that I had forgotten about that were taken care of by her team, and I am just so grateful. Christina's professionalism, organizational expertise, and recommendations made ALL the difference. Being on a tight budget, I couldn't help but feel skeptical but in retrospect, each recommendation she made that we ended up agreeing to was WORTH IT! She has a team member Katie that also did my bouquets, and was the best energy and ray of sunshine while we were getting ready with her, and throughout the day. She also had a trainee Feli that got multiple compliments from my guests about how attentive, sweet and professional she was. We were blown away by InGobo!!!

InGobo helped our Special Day run smoothly

Christina Bogino and her team are the most amazing team and helped made our wedding day absolutely perfect.

When we met with Christina, she was highly professional and kept asking about what we wanted out of our wedding day. We did not really know ourselves and she made many good suggestions that we took to heart. She helped us take our loose ideas and craft them into a plan for our perfect wedding day.

She was always on time for meeting and had plenty of questions to make sure every detail we needed was thought out. She worked with the venue to properly plan out our space and handled our important items with care.

On the day of, Christina and her team were at the ready and helped make sure vendors were setting up and getting everything done according to our plans. Even with a minor leg injury at the time, Christina showed up and still ran a wonderful event for us. Many of our guests commented how on top of everything she was. We appreciated not having that burden on us while we were mingling and celebrating.

Overall, Christina and her team were absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Wedding 12.12.24

We are so happy to have worked with InGobo Events for our 12.12.24 wedding!! It feels like just yesterday we had our initial Zoom meeting with Christina, the main planner leading up to the wedding!! We were referred to her by my husband’s friend who also booked In Gobo as their wedding coordinator and had nothing but great things to say about her and the team! We couldn’t agree more!

Christina was so easy to work and communicate with and really took the time to understand my vision and incorporated anything we wanted into the wedding timeline. I really appreciated how detail-oriented she was and how she made me think of things I didn’t even think of myself! She really made everything leading up to the wedding seamless and once she sent the absolute “final timeline,” I couldn’t help but to feel so appreciative and grateful for her hard work and I just knew our wedding day was in great hands!

Wedding day finally arrives and we were able to meet the rest of Christina’s team!! Christina, Leanna, Katie, & Heather - seriously the best girl team ever!!! THEY ARE ALL SO NICE, FRIENDLY, AND JUST SO EASY TO TALK TO!! And their hard work in talking with vendors and setting up that reception venue - THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! I love meeting new friends from wedding planning!! ❤️❤️

My husband & I honestly had the best wedding day and we owe a big chunk of it to this team! And to top it off, I was sent a photo album the next day where the whole team uploaded pictures they took from the wedding day/night!! I often look at that album when I’m missing our wedding day!!

Amazing Experience working with InGobo Events!

Christina is amazing!! We got married 11/02/24 and she made the whole process so smooth and delightful. We hired In Gobo events after meeting Christina at a bridal expo in San Diego. We were earlier than most in our planning journey - over a year out! Christina was there every step of the way, helping guide us and bring our wedding vision to reality.

Our wedding theme was classic romantic with a big emphasis on florals, small touches, and fairytale elements. Christina's eye for detail and design truly helped us take our vague ideas and shape them into a beautiful masterpiece! One of the first things she did with us was go through a list of design elements and themes which really helped us solidify our vision. Then she gave us a design board which totally captured our vibe!

She was also a HUGE help in finding and securing our amazing team of vendors. Her contacts and knowledge led us to the exact right people, and her advice was invaluable. Through all of the wedding planning stress, she was there to help guide us down the right path (and calm us down when we were stressing!!). Knowing she understood our hopes for our big day let us remain as calm as possible through all the drama and last-minute rain fear!

On our wedding day, Christina brought all of our dreams to fruition. Everyone - from guests to family to vendors - commented on how it was the most organized and calmest wedding setup they had ever seen. All of the vendors loved her meticulous and masterful timeline, and we loved how much time she carved out for us to spend with each other.

One of the main wedding woes you hear about after the fact is that the wedded couple hardly get to spend any time with each other on the day, but not us! Thanks to Christina's amazing help, we were not only able to spend nearly all of our wedding by each other's sides, but we also got to eat our entire dinners!!! She even made sure we got all of the yummy desserts we didn't have time to eat got back to our room!

Hiring Christina was one of the best choices we made for our wedding, and we would recommend her time and again to anyone else who is on their wedding planning journey. Thank you, Christina! All of our love to you, and your puppy Chip!

Super organized, professional wedding planner!

Cool under pressure -- that's Christina! 

We worked with her to plan our wedding of 225 people in just seven months, choosing her partial planning package. Christina made what could have been a stressful and complicated process so much easier for both of us.

She is detailed oriented and totally professional. She planned our wedding day down to the minute -- literally! About two weeks before the event, she handed us a comprehensive day-of schedule laying out every moment that would need our attention or that she would be keeping an eye on. Every moment that could have led to a time crunch, she handled with professionalism and grace. She kept us on target, and as a result, our day went perfectly.

She's an excellent communicator -- she was very responsive when we needed advice or help. When unforeseen emergencies popped up before the wedding, she was totally calm and knew exactly what to do.

She found us our DJ, florist and baker -- every vendor she suggested was a total professional and helped make our wedding extra special.

She's also got a great eye for design and ensured our wedding was beautiful.  We'd highly recommend InGobo Events if you want a gorgeous, organized and seamless wedding!

A Wedding Must-Have service

I met Christina at a Bridal Expo and was amazed with the offered Day Of Coordination package. I was able to easily communicate my priorities on the special day and even share my wedding pet peeves to avoid. Christina was excellent at brainstorming ideas and suggested plenty of ways to approach a situation. When we worked on building the timeline together, she was very thorough and insightful. I sent her so many timeline revisions (as timing means EVERYTHING and it definitely matters), but Christina took them and made it look seamless.

On the wedding day, Christina and her team (thank you Heather and Leanna!) made sure we were happy and stress-free. Our morning started with Heather running the errands of the busy morning and was the go-to person for myself and the wedding entourage. Heather was also able to help us create a floral bouquet we used for our ceremony offering. It turned out so beautiful! She did a terrific job. I was always reminded to take a bite of food and to stay hydrated while we were getting ready.

Christina helped us execute the ribbon wand exit after our church ceremony. It turned out to be one of the highlights of the day. Everyone had so much fun doing it.

As for the reception, Ingobo was able to help set the table decorations- centerpieces, candles, name cards, order of guests, etc. Leanna was at our side making sure we were well-fed and no one pulled us away from the sweetheart table. She was able to give us reminders of the timeline and was very sweet.

Overall, Christina and her team orchestrated our wedding day perfectly. We received many compliments from our guests stating they noticed how smooth the day went. Ingobo's Day of Coordination services made a huge impact on how we were able to enjoy our special day. My husband and I are truly grateful for hiring them as part of our wedding team.

This planner helped us in a way we didn’t even know we needed! Eternally grateful for Christina’s help!

If you’re undecided about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. If you don’t know if you need one, that means YOU DO. Furthermore, I highly recommend you book Christina with Ingobgo events.

I met her at the Los Angeles Wedding Expo on Sept 24th, 2023. She was the only planner I spoke to at the expo that really took time to explain what a wedding process is like. I know that might sound silly but I felt pretty clueless and the extra energy she gave was very appreciated. At these expos there are hundreds of people filtering through and I felt like she was really passionate about her craft. In less than 2 weeks my then fiancé and I met with her in person and happily signed our contract with 134 days until it was time to say “I do.”

Reasons why I loved working with her on my wedding:
- She made decisions when I didn’t want to. I never grew up envisioning a wedding so I was pretty clueless for well, most things. I didn’t have a vision for flowers for instance. She crafted a proposal for my flower vision based on elements like favorite color, bridesmaid dresses etc. She literally would put things together and “say tell me if you love it, hate it, or any other feelings you have.” This helped me feel more comfortable to be authentic and honest along the wedding journey.
- She negotiated rates for things I wouldn’t have fathomed as negotiable
- She gave honest feedback to vendors and had tough conversations I didn’t have the energy for
- She joined planning calls we had with our vendors (videographer/DJ) and managed vendor calls that weren’t necessary for us to be on (flowers, furniture)
- She met with us in person more times than we anticipated which was great given that we were planning a wedding in 4 months. Meeting in person often isn’t necessary but when you’re moving quickly in a short period of time sometimes the humanizing measures really make the biggest difference like they did here.
- She kept us on track with budget and payments.
- She uses an app for organizing, designing and tracking your wedding. If you love google docs then you’ll love this process. I’m more of an excel gal and don’t use apps too often but I definitely appreciated the organization of the this!
- She has a day of assistant Katie who was funny, and extremely helpful to all members of the wedding party.
By the end of the 4 months my partner and I would commonly refer to Christina as our “wedding mom.” I feel sad that the wedding journey has come to an end but I am so happy with how everything transpired. My husband and I had an amazing time, and thanks to Christina we felt our evening was flawless (even though I forgot to bring my husbands bow tie so she had her assistant go get us one at the last hour!)

I could keep going but I know this kudos is super long already. My final comment is that no one should have to go thru this process without a “wedding mom.” We will forever be grateful to Christina and all the support and TLC she gave us for our special day.

Abby and Ray April wedding

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Christina as part of the Total Coordination package for our spring wedding last year. We found out about her services through the Bridal World Expo held in Pasadena.

I truly appreciated how Christina made herself available to us throughout the whole process. Christina would respond to all of our inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. She also provided alternative vendors when I was still searching for our final ones.

Christina is also punctual and very organized. From being able to schedule our first meeting through an online calendar to filling out a few questionnaires that helped us gather our thoughts on the small details. She did not miss a thing!

Christina’s experience and wealth of knowledge was invaluable to the planning process. When having our final details meeting, she knew exactly what to ask of our venue coordinator and brought up subjects that were not on our radar (e.g., asking what miscellaneous vendors need for when setting up). She helped us plan a realistic timeline, distributed this timeline to our vendors, and most importantly helped us stick to it on the big day. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry because we knew Christina would take care of everything. We highly recommend Christina and cannot thank her enough for being so instrumental to making sure our wedding day was perfect.

Best Wedding Ever!!!

Christina was the absolute best. Her attention to detail, constant communication, fun personality and GREAT negotiation skills made our wedding planning the most enjoyable experience I could have asked for. Aside from her professionalism she herself was so easy to work with and that was really the core of our relationship. We were traveling a lot for work but Christina's flexibility made it very stress free for us to work around our calendars. Once the big day came around her team delivered to the T. They made our vision come to life and would recommend her to anyone!!
