If you haven’t chosen a day of Coordinator, look no further than Audrey. While looking for a coordinator, my wife and I read countless reviews and horror stories on how choosing the wrong one could end up ruining the big day. We did our due diligence and reached out to multiple coordinators over the Thumbtack app hoping to find a perfect match. A good friend of ours politely recommended we give Audrey a call to see if she was the right fit for us.

We had high expectations and a specific vision for our wedding. From our first initial call we felt the connection. Her excitement over details and her previous experience made us feel that we had found the one. Without her help our wedding would not have had that magic feeling. She gave everything life and more importantly gave us space to share our wants. Her advice and company was the absolute best support we needed. She handled everything with such professionalism. Having two brides is better than one and also double the emotions to handle. I cannot stress enough how PERFECT she was, rolled with all the punches and made it look effortless. She's also mom approved, book her right away!

Audrey was the month-of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. We had so much fun at our wedding - best day ever - and Audrey and her team worked so hard to make that happen for us. She has such a calm and controlled demeanor so every time we looked at her and her team, we felt a sense that everything was either going as planned or on track to be going as planned. In addition to being exceptionally professional and on top of things, they are also all so nice and friendly. It was a joy to be with them on our wedding day. We got a little tired of making so many trivial decisions throughout the wedding planning process, but Audrey and her team got so excited about some of the song choices and details that we knew our friends and family would notice and appreciate them too. When our venue coordinator changed and the new one wanted to start the details planning sooner than 30 days out, Audrey was flexible with us. She ended up starting her support for us (and the venue coordinator) early without question. Even before we really started collaborating, her resources after signing the contract were beyond helpful! Especially the organization support discount codes she was able to provide. We got a ton of feedback from family, our bridal party, and our guests about how well the day was run and Audrey and her team was such a huge part of that. They thought of all things and were prepared for everything. We are recommending her and her team to everyone we know!

We hired Audrey for partial planning and she is incredible! Such a kind, genuine and warm person and also extremely professional. She helped us navigate numerous planning obstacles as we planned from out of state and always helped us think of things we weren't thinking of. When it came to the wedding weekend and day-of execution, her and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. Whether it was always being two steps ahead so everything ran ahead of schedule or the small glasses of water throughout the day to make sure we are hydrated, she makes sure to take care of the big and little things. Audrey and her team will make sure your day runs smoothly and we really enjoyed working with her.

For my wedding day I was sure I was going to be overwhelmed by so many things, so many questions but working with Audrey she took care of so many things behind the scenes that I enjoyed every minute of the wedding day! Since the moment she showed up she was on go mode and I just felt so calm knowing she was there! Our venue was decorated beautifully with all the decorations we had she made my ideas come to life way better than I had imagined.
Something my husband and I noticed is that Audrey would always have her eyes on us just to make sure if we needed something or had something to share with her, she was on full alert! We were so thankful for that! That alone kept us at ease!
Even before that, when I met Audrey the first time via Zoom, I knew she was the coordinator I wanted. She is so sweet, kind, and trustworthy. I felt it in my gut and so happy to have worked with her!

Long story short- hiring Audrey was THE best decision we made during our wedding planning process and we can't recommend her enough!

We hired another wedding coordinator about two years in advance who backed out and broke her contract two months before our wedding. So, in a panic, we reached out to at least 15 wedding coordinators in the Santa Barbara area. Audrey was the fastest to reply and we quickly decided to hire her over all of the other coordinators we were in correspondence with.

One of the major aspects that sets Audrey apart is that she has made event planning her career. Unlike some wedding coordinators, Audrey trained under an established wedding planner for several years before starting her own business. She has years of experience coordinating large weddings (300+!!! people), small weddings, religious weddings, and everything in between.

When planning our wedding, she was the biggest help. She made fantastic recommendations for everything (decor, aesthetic decisions, other vendors, etc.) while keeping our budget in mind, reached out to potential vendors, and had a highly comprehensive wedding timeline that she shared to all vendors prior to the wedding. She consistently responded quickly (within a few days), was flexible and easy to arrange meetings with, punctual, and always on top of everything.

And on the day of the wedding, she was such a fantastic wedding coordinator that all of our other vendors went out of their way to tell us how amazing she was. She even offered to and picked up our 2 wedding sheet cakes and cutting cake on top of everything else! And her assistant sweeped up leftover confetti when the venue security informed her it needed to be gone! They went above and beyond to make sure our day remained as stress-free for us as possible.

Audrey is a consummate professional event planner, through and through. We keep recommending her to all our friends & family. So... stop reading this glowing review & hire her already!

Do not hesitate to hire Audrey Jean Events for your wedding! Audrey is incredible - she took so much stress away from me the weeks leading up to my wedding by providing unlimited correspondence. She really understood our vision and helped us make decisions in areas that were bogging us down. Without Audrey I would've been lost during the entire day. She made sure everything, including the tiniest details went according to plan. Her and her assistant were on top of all of our vendors, made sure the events were based on the timeline and ensured my husband and I were stress free.
