    This planner helped us in a way we didn’t even know we needed! Eternally grateful for Christina’s help!

    If you’re undecided about hiring a wedding planner, DO IT. If you don’t know if you need one, that means YOU DO. Furthermore, I highly recommend you book Christina with Ingobgo events.

    I met her at the Los Angeles Wedding Expo on Sept 24th, 2023. She was the only planner I spoke to at the expo that really took time to explain what a wedding process is like. I know that might sound silly but I felt pretty clueless and the extra energy she gave was very appreciated. At these expos there are hundreds of people filtering through and I felt like she was really passionate about her craft. In less than 2 weeks my then fiancé and I met with her in person and happily signed our contract with 134 days until it was time to say “I do.”

    Reasons why I loved working with her on my wedding:
    - She made decisions when I didn’t want to. I never grew up envisioning a wedding so I was pretty clueless for well, most things. I didn’t have a vision for flowers for instance. She crafted a proposal for my flower vision based on elements like favorite color, bridesmaid dresses etc. She literally would put things together and “say tell me if you love it, hate it, or any other feelings you have.” This helped me feel more comfortable to be authentic and honest along the wedding journey.
    - She negotiated rates for things I wouldn’t have fathomed as negotiable
    - She gave honest feedback to vendors and had tough conversations I didn’t have the energy for
    - She joined planning calls we had with our vendors (videographer/DJ) and managed vendor calls that weren’t necessary for us to be on (flowers, furniture)
    - She met with us in person more times than we anticipated which was great given that we were planning a wedding in 4 months. Meeting in person often isn’t necessary but when you’re moving quickly in a short period of time sometimes the humanizing measures really make the biggest difference like they did here.
    - She kept us on track with budget and payments.
    - She uses an app for organizing, designing and tracking your wedding. If you love google docs then you’ll love this process. I’m more of an excel gal and don’t use apps too often but I definitely appreciated the organization of the this!
    - She has a day of assistant Katie who was funny, and extremely helpful to all members of the wedding party.
    By the end of the 4 months my partner and I would commonly refer to Christina as our “wedding mom.” I feel sad that the wedding journey has come to an end but I am so happy with how everything transpired. My husband and I had an amazing time, and thanks to Christina we felt our evening was flawless (even though I forgot to bring my husbands bow tie so she had her assistant go get us one at the last hour!)

    I could keep going but I know this kudos is super long already. My final comment is that no one should have to go thru this process without a “wedding mom.” We will forever be grateful to Christina and all the support and TLC she gave us for our special day.

    Christina is Amazing!

    We weren't sure if we were going to get a day-of-coordinator, but we met Christina at a Bridal Expo and decided to do a free consultation. By the end of the consultation, we were 100% sure we were going to hire her. Christina came onboard as a month-of-coordinator and she was fantastic. She took care of all the details and brought our vision to life. We couldn't have done without her. Because of her, we were able to enjoy our day without worrying about the details. She and her assistants, Shanshan and Leanna, were fantastic. They were super friendly and helpful to all our guests, but they also kept checking up on us and making sure all our needs were met. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

    Excellent Service

    Best experience. Christina went above and beyond to make our day special. Leading up to our event she was professional, organized and prompt. Our day could not have been more perfect. She covered all the details and was able to provide extra staff when we had a staffing issue. 1000% recommend.

    Best Wedding Ever!!!

    Christina was the absolute best. Her attention to detail, constant communication, fun personality and GREAT negotiation skills made our wedding planning the most enjoyable experience I could have asked for. Aside from her professionalism she herself was so easy to work with and that was really the core of our relationship. We were traveling a lot for work but Christina's flexibility made it very stress free for us to work around our calendars. Once the big day came around her team delivered to the T. They made our vision come to life and would recommend her to anyone!!

    Abby and Ray April wedding

    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Christina as part of the Total Coordination package for our spring wedding last year. We found out about her services through the Bridal World Expo held in Pasadena.

    I truly appreciated how Christina made herself available to us throughout the whole process. Christina would respond to all of our inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. She also provided alternative vendors when I was still searching for our final ones.

    Christina is also punctual and very organized. From being able to schedule our first meeting through an online calendar to filling out a few questionnaires that helped us gather our thoughts on the small details. She did not miss a thing!

    Christina’s experience and wealth of knowledge was invaluable to the planning process. When having our final details meeting, she knew exactly what to ask of our venue coordinator and brought up subjects that were not on our radar (e.g., asking what miscellaneous vendors need for when setting up). She helped us plan a realistic timeline, distributed this timeline to our vendors, and most importantly helped us stick to it on the big day. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry because we knew Christina would take care of everything. We highly recommend Christina and cannot thank her enough for being so instrumental to making sure our wedding day was perfect.

    God Sent!!!

    Running into Christina what was probably the best thing the universe has given me (after my husband of course lol). This review is going to be lengthy so fair warning on that.

    Let's start with wedding day and then backtrack. Christina was beyond prepared for everything needed on wedding day. No detail was missed. She showed up bright and early to the venue to ensure everything was properly organized. She was the last to leave the venue and ensured that everything was wrapped up accordingly. Everything was running on time because of her and everyone was aware of the roles they were playing. Christina's team is also extremely friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that all of Christina's experience has made her into the the professional she is to date.

    Before the wedding day, she was also very much so prepared to ask the right questions. She ensured that my now husband and I were comfortable and ready for the big day. This girl took so much stress off of my shoulders I would have been a mess without her. Christina scheduled regular meetings with me to ensure that things were moving swiftly prior to the wedding. I was also missing a few of my vendors and her recommendations were absolutely spot on. She made everything extremely convenient for me I never once had to go out of my way for anything.

    Anyway, Christina is a life saver. Thanks to all of her experience and hard work, My husbands and I's wedding day was the most beautiful, memorable, and loving experience of my life.

    InGobo Events = happy and stress-free bride

    Me and my now husband cannot express enough how we are so happy in choosing Christina and her team to help us plan our wedding. We met Christina at a wedding expo, she came off professional, friendly and we felt she would be great as our coordinator. She kept in touch with us frequently through emails and text messages. She made sure to follow up with us for things I needed to complete on my end. When it came to the day of, we had no concerns, it all fell into place. Time was limited that day, but it was planned perfectly. I truly do mean my husband and I had no worries, we just enjoyed our day and knew it would all be taken care of! Thank you again Christina!

    Day of Coordination

    I first met Christina at a bridal show and after talking for only a few minutes I knew I wanted her to help us on our big day! She is very knowledgeable and really pays attention to detail. I cannot wait for our big day to come because I am absolutely sure I am in great hands and Christina is going to be there every step of the way to make sure everything happens the way I had envisioned it.

    Highly recommend!

    We had the best experience having Christina be our day of coordinator as well as help with planning the wedding. We would recommend her to everyone 200%! She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, creative, flexible and down to earth. We worked with her for over two years due to our wedding at first being cancelled because of COVID. We met Christina at a wedding Expo here in LA where we all live, but our wedding was in the Bay Area and she was willing to travel with an assistant to be there for our wedding when it finally happened this year. Our wedding was everything I dreamed, it was perfect and we have her to thank for that! Can't recommend enough!

    Stress-free experience start to finish!

    We met Christina at a bridal expo and instantly felt at ease with her. She was knowledgeable, personable, and did a fantastic job guiding us through the planning process. We came to her with so many questions and ideas, and she was able to explain exactly how and why something would or wouldn’t work, ensuring we felt comfortable with every decision. She really shined the day of the wedding, keeping everything moving while still giving us room to breathe. She went above and beyond, helping to steam dresses, fix boutonnieres, and generally help wherever needed. Thanks to Christina and her team, everything went perfectly, and it was amazing to see how she made our vision a reality. We would highly recommend her as a wedding planner and coordinator!

    Amazing Planner Ever!

    Christina definitely has superpowers! She is so incredible at what she does, she listens and understands what the client envisions. My husband and I are so luckily to have Christina plan both of our wedding, we couldn’t believe how magical each wedding turned out. A dream fairytale wedding and we are forever grateful for our dream wedding.

    Great Experience

    With only two weeks to plan my son's first birthday party, Christina made his party an absolute success. She went out of her way to make sure everything matched my vision. Always available, very professional and attentive to my needs and wants.

    I'm so impressed with how this went I will most definitely consider her for my wedding. (It just depends if she wants me as a client).

    Most highly recommend

    Where do we begin? Christina is the most punctual, meticulous, friendly, and professional planner we had the chance to work with for our wedding. We had planned several months out, but given the ever changing COVID-19 guidelines and many, many aspects of the wedding, there were many questions and factors we could not consider on our own. Then, we met Christina, and we experienced peace and confidence until the completion of our wedding ceremony/ reception. Her communication, expertise, and genuine care along with her friendliness allowed our wedding to be such a memorable event. Several guests and vendors commented that our wedding was very smooth and relaxed- all of those compliments we owe to Christina. We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends and anyone reading this review!

    Our Wedding Savior

    I don't even know where to begin, Christina saved our wedding, no exaggeration. That she was able to navigate the many vendors, and our especially stubborn venue during this time of COVID, will never cease to amaze my wife and I. We are extremely grateful for Christina and her team at InGobo events, and the amazing work they did for us from the moment we hired them. From sourcing vendors, to being the point of contact between vendors, to collecting every single detail needed for the venue, to even creating a whole backup plan - and not to mention the day of coordinating - they absolutely killed it and made our wedding as stress free as possible. Not many people could have pulled off what she did, and for that I will always recommend InGobo Events, 100 out of 100 times. Thank you so much Christina, we will forever appreciate your work!

    So helpful/accommodating/flexible=5stars!

    Christina with InGobo Events was an amazing help and keeping us on track with planning and keeping our minds at ease throughout the process. We used a venue that was mostly DIY as far as set up/tear down for the ceremony and reception so having Christina and her team present was a wedding savior! Christina had thought of everything that could happen/go wrong and planned to make sure our day when smooth! We recognize she is newly starting her own business but has a wealth of experience from her years of working with other event planing teams/companies and we would highly recommend her and InGobo event for any of your wedding planning needs! And bonus, she is willing to travel SoCal to make your wedding/event spectacular- she traveled to San Diego multiple times for us!
