Excellent investment!

In Tempo Strings was such a pleasure to work with and a beautiful addition to our wedding. They have a large repertoire which is readily available on their website, and you can make special requests for an additional fee, which I did for my processional song. We had them do some jazz standards/musical theatre for pre-ceremony/ceremony, and more pop arrangements for cocktail hour. They played beautifully, and the guests loved them! I wish I could have heard them play more as the bride but I was hiding/doing photos! They were also very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Strings atop Symphony Towers

We wanted an elegant dinner affair for our wedding rather than a reception with dancing. We hired a quartet with harp for our winter evening ceremony and dinner at The University Club atop Symphony Towers. In-Tempo was stunning, and our guests were very impressed, especially with the harp addition. In-Tempo plays all varieties of music (standard wedding, current hits, Disney). We requested Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars songs for our ceremony processional and recessional. They played for 3 hours total. The night flew by, and I should have booked them for another hour. They were gone before I knew it, and as the bride, I barely had time to listen! My guests, though, have given their review as TOP NOTCH! A wonderful choice to hire this team!

Top notch all around! We had a great time chatting with Mitchell and Rachel about our music ideas. They were seamless and professional on the day of the wedding too; inconspicuous, with beautiful music setting the perfect atmosphere. So much great feedback from our friends and family too!

Mitchell and team were great to work with from the very start. We weren't very picky about our music overall except for a few special pieces that they delivered on beautifully! They played beautiful arrangements of Beatitudes from the Great Beauty and Lippen Schweigen. Aside from those two, we asked them to play movie scores and jazz for our cocktail hour and their music provided just the right atmosphere.

Thanks again for being a part of our special day! The string quartet sounded beautiful. We are so happy our videographer was able to capture some of the music so we will always be able to hear how great the special songs we requested turned out.

One of the only details I truly cared about with my wedding was that I could walk down the aisle to Beyonce's Halo. However, I wanted my cousin to be able to sing it. In Tempo Strings was completely game for creating an accompaniment and the combination of the trio plus my cousin was absolutely perfect! I also liked that (since I wasn't too big into details) Mitchell let me just pick a vibe to our ceremony music vs. having to pick out individual songs. They played the most amazing mixture of nontraditional/top 40 arrangements (i.e. Stevie Wonder's Signed, Sealed, Delivered) before and after the ceremony plus the hymns we had requested during the ceremony. Really, really glad we went with them!
