We have had the great opportunity to work with the Hyatt Regency O'Hare on many weddings over the years and they are by far one of our favorite venues to work with in the Chicagoland area. From the initial call with the Catering team to the day of event staff such as the Banquet Captains, Banquet staff and all of the support staff that are needed to create memorable events, are simply outstanding. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency O'Hare for any bride or groom looking for a wedding ceremony or reception space. With all the options of space that the Hyatt Regency O'Hare has available, the great service you will receive and last but not least the value of this venue is unbeatable.
It was such fun working with Bethany and her team. They were such a nice and helpful group to work with. Each time I needed something I would turn around and they would already have it. Her whole team worked together seamlessly to flip the room around and made things go really well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time. This Hyatt is a gem in Rosemont, there are so many places inside to take pictures and they even have a small outdoor area as well. I look forward to coming back.
