First Impressions Speak the Loudest
We were in the process of getting details together with our guests and were trying to get specific information on wedding package inclusions, customizable options/prices, and to be able to speak directly. NO RESPONSES FOR 33 DAYS.... we are passing on this venue and now have to look for other options. Terrible for such a beautiful resort...Sent on 01/21/2019

They knew we booked this place for our wedding and all of our guests and still they weren’t there to make our experience “a breeze”. If anything they made our special day very stressful. The worst place to block for your wedding party. Being a new hotel they obviously were poorly trained. They hardly ever responded to emails and phone calls. On my wedding day I was supposed to have the spa booked for my makeup and hair and when my bridal party arrived they told us the reservation didn’t exist. The transportation to the wedding venue hadn’t been booked. Also when our guests arrived they weren’t even shown to their rooms, they were “pointed” in the direction, mind you it’s a large hotel. When asked if they could please take some guests to the right building, they sarcastically said they changed the rule that night and couldn’t. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Never returning to this awful place. It’s a shame for the few good workers they do have.Sent on 01/01/2018
