WE LOVE CALLIE!!! She did an amazing job and every person in my wedding can’t stop signing her praises. From the very beginning she was so helpful. Before we had even booked her she had helped us tremendously and gave us so much information. The knowledge that she possesses is sooo valuable to someone planning a wedding. I really didn’t think I’d need a planner because I am a type A planner person but my day wouldn’t have been the same without Callie. From every phone call I came away with more knowledge on my end and confidence for my day. She talked through options, gave advice, recommended vendors, and steered us in the right direction on some of our choices. Having her there to meet with our venue also calmed so much of my nerves with them and after that I knew the day would go great with Callie leading it. The actual day could not have happened without her. From running our rehearsal flawlessly to all the behind the scenes on our wedding day, she crushed it all. It was so nice to be able to just relax on my day and not have to think about a thing. I was told where to be and when to be there and because I didn’t have to worry about anything else I had the best day ever just enjoying my wedding with my friends and family. She truly went above and beyond!! She was so calm and remained unphased by anything and ready to tackle whatever came up. Everything went so perfectly and smoothly. I’m not kidding, my family and close friends that got to meet her and knew what she was doing can not stop talking about how amazing she was. We will be recommending Callie to everyone and anyone because our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Callie was more than we could have ever dreamed for our day of coordinator! She was on top of every detail, she troubleshooted with ease & she made our day feel so seamless. She is so kind, funny & took the time to touch base with us numerous times to go over details. She made our rehearsal so easy and it helped take the nerves out. I would recommend her for anyone & we would choose her in a heartbeat again!

I am a current wedding vendor, and former coordinator. I had the privilege of working with Callie this past weekend. Callie's communication leading up to the event was wonderful, and it was clear she was on top of things. On our way to the event a very unfortunate incident happened and our Photo Booth Camper became stuck on the side of the freeway and in need of repairs. My first call was to Callie to let her know of the situation and change of timing/plans. To be totally honest, my world felt like it wash crashing in on me at the thought that we were in a real position to possibly not be able to make the event. Callie was so professional and remained calm and positive, which was exactly what I needed at the time. As we worked on our end to secure a tow, I updated Callie along the way who was flexible and still very positive about the whole terrible thing. She assured me, no matter what, it was still going to be a great day. Her attitude and positivity really gave me the push to believe we could still make this happen. And guess what? We did!!! In the end the wedding went of magically. The couple and all their guests at an amazing time and no one was even aware of the craziness that led up to us being there because Callie knows how to handle a fire effortlessly. She had also made arrangements for us to leave the camper at the venue over night so we could have time to find a place to get it fixed and towed to the next day. That was definitely not something she needed to do, but she did and it really helped us out. Their will be fires to put out at your event. Callie is the lady you want on your team to handle them. You won't even know how many she put out for you! I HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Callie. We realized quickly after meeting Callie how much she loves what she does, how amazing she is (at what she does and as a person) and how respected she is in the wedding world. She made planning a wedding fun and exciting down to every detail you could imagine. My now husband was out of town working for the majority of our planning, and I never felt totally alone because Callie was always there with anything I needed. Anything that would come up, from postponing our wedding to everything in between, Callie handled it all with composure which would instantly put me at ease. She made our wedding dream a reality! She is seriously the real deal when it comes to all things planning and coordinating. After our wedding, I was so sad that we didn’t have a reason to call her or get coffee as often as we did anymore! I will always recommend Callie to anyone getting married! ♥️

I didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator for my daughter’s wedding but I am so glad my daughter convinced me to hire Callie. We hired her for the day of coordinator and she helped with so many things leading up to the wedding and she literally ran everything starting with the rehearsal and ending when we all left the venue after the reception. She made sure that everything was perfect including fixing the flowers on the cake when it showed up with the wrong flowers, placement of decorations and the guest book, keeping track of gifts and cards, removing wedding crashers from the reception quietly, keeping everything on schedule, and packing up everything that we took with us after the reception. She made sure that everything was absolutely perfect without us having to do anything except show up and e day. I would hire her again in an instant and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

My wedding day went to smooth because of Callie! She did not miss a beat. I could not have imagined my day without her. She is also very organized and had all my vendors in line for day of. She made everything flow so perfect, there were no hiccups at all. Highly recommend :) she is also so sweet & replies in a timely manner!

This is a little late but I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Callie is. Seriously, from every little detail, she had every single thing dialed. I am very particular and am not an easy person to please, she understood that and did everything she could to make things perfect. Unfortunately our wedding venue fell through a month out, leaving us to move venues at the last minute. However, Callie made sure everything was seamless despite the change and our day turned out better than we could have imagined. We’re coming up on our one year anniversary and I can still say I wouldn’t have changed a thing, all thanks to Callie! Best decision we ever made!

Due to C-19, we shifted plans multiple times and Callie’s patience, resourcefulness and guidance were amazing! As the MOB, I can tell you, she saved my sanity, each time the Gov’r changed the guidelines. We ended up with a smaller celebration but with all the elements that we chose pre-covid and it was perfect! We just couldn’t have pulled it off without her.

Callie Holcomb & her assistant Crystal are amazing! My daughter just got married yesterday at the Kelley Farm and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate them. They go above and beyond to make your day flawless. They have wonderful vision and create an atmosphere that is breathtaking. They truly give a family the ability to enjoy their day rather than running around crazy. They are true professionals and worth every penny!

Callie was hired as a Day of Coirdinator for my daughters wedding! She was helpful through the entire process. But mostly she put me at ease the day of the wedding. Truly allowing me to feel like a guest at my daughters wedding! It was a little bit of a splurge for me, but well worth it in the end! And I truly would do it again!
