If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional. My family booked him well in advance and were told that he would be there in plenty of time for a wedding that started at 5pm (he said he'd be there by 3:30). His contract said he would start dj'ing by 5:20. He didn't even arrive until 5:22. The wedding was supposed to start at 5, but was delayed while we waited on him. When we called to find out where he was, he offered zero apologies and claimed that his day job prevented him from arriving sooner. Day job or not, he had been hired for THIS JOB and should have treated it with importance. His late arrival was just the start. The bride had sent him a list of songs that she wanted played, also well in advance. He forgot to play one song as he was introducing the bridal party. He told us the DAY OF THE WEDDING that he did not have the song requested for the mother/son dance.... instead of letting the bride know when he replied to her song list with a "got it, thanks." His personal cell phone went off while he bride and groom were having their first dance and this was captured by the videographer. He mispronounced super easy names when introducing the wedding party. He couldn't even announce table numbers to go through the buffet line without completely skipping tables. Microphone batteries are notoriously fickle and should be replaced at the start every event, not after the matron of honor gives her speech with a dying microphone. He never offered one apology for his tardiness or mistakes and instead got angry when confronted. When you pay for a service, you expect to receive that service, not a halfway job with a poor attitude. Overall, he was completely unprofessional and not worth the money at all.Sent on 10/13/2018
